The Best Home Depot in the area, fast, friendly, service and the store is always well-stocked and clean.

Epic Fail on this trip. No carts inside the store entrance, which means that I, the customer, had to return to the parking lot to retrieve a cart. Upon checkout, I was forced to use the self checkout lanes because there was only one cashier working and she had a line 5 people deep with full carts. I DO NOT WORK FOR HOME DEPOT!!!! Therefore it is my stance that Home Deport owes me a discount/ refund for doing their employees job. Either offer customers a discount for using the self checkout lanes or HIRE/ SCHEDULE MORE EMPLOYEES! Oh and I guess it was a good thing I was using a credit card, because all the self checkout lanes were not accepting cash this particular night. If I had cash I would have been forced to wait in the 5 deep line for 3 measly items. I will be waiting patiently for my refund/ discount. But I wont hold my breath.

Staff at this store always go out of their way to help customers, I visited for the first time two years ago and haven't wanted to shop at any other location. Every time I go in someone greets me, offers to walk me to the area I need and ensures that if items aren't in stock they will order and keep me informed as to when I can expect to receive them.

The customer service that we received at this location was great. All of the workers that we asked questions, answered or they helped us find what we needed. Thank-you!

My husband had to rent tools to complete a backyard project for me. The workers at Home Depot (Jonathan and William) went above and beyond to make sure we had the tools we needed and to ensure we used the tools properly. Exceptional service!!!! Thank you!!

neI was in your store twice this week, 6 March & the 10th of March. I had to return to your store on the 10th because one of the chairs to the patio furniture would not work. I had to return to cushion and the cashier Corey was not very professional he keep doing everything not to wait on me. He was helping the individual next to him going into cabinets etc., after being there for over 30 minutes. I asked for the manager to be paged however; the employee female told the next employee not to page anyone stated her patio chair was being worked on she has been helped! She then left the area. I could not believe that she told him not to page. I was so upset, I believe Customer Service is there for a reasons. If she was a manager why didn't she tell me why she told the employee not to page a floor manager. I did contact the store and talked with Brian because I tried to talk with Steve Drake however; not in the store yesterday. I called the store and both times Steve Drake was not there.

I have never gone into this location and had a negative experience. Everyone is upbeat and they have a positive attitude.

Great staff. Matt, Brian, Millania are the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in this environment . Without hesitation they all gave us 110 percent in getting us what we needed. Matt was a great facilitator and pace setter, Brian was exact in his measurements, and Millania was great in mixing our paint. Simply put, GREAT Staff, and a real pleasure to work with.

This store has really improved over the past few months. Store Associates are constantly asking if you need assistance with anything, and the cashiers are friendly and pleasant. Love it.

I went to Home Depot in Upper Marlboro, MD for replacement florescent bulbs. When I entered the aisle for the bulbs, a store associate asked if she could help. I said yes and she located the bulbs quickly for me. It always takes a while to locate the correct replacement bulbs and this avoided me taking the wrong bulbs home and having to bring them back. She was pleasant and even explained what the numbers on the bulbs meant. When I got to self-checkout, the cashier that was overseeing the self-checkout area, scanned the bulbs for me while I got out my credit card - these bulbs break easy so I appreciated the fact that she scanned them and held them while I made payment. I shop at this Home Depot often and always walk away with a pleasant experience! Keep doing what you're doing, associates are pleasant and very helpful! Love the store!

I use this store regularly, and always find what I am looking for. Also the order on line /pickup in the store works very well. I appreciate the evening hours so I can shop late after work.

Steve the store manager was extremely helpful during my visit and walked me through a few items I couldn't find! I then met Gene, in the appliance section - he was just wonderful as well! Thank you both for your help :)

I rated it one star because it is only 10 miles from my residence. Today's experience was par for the course only a little worse. The argued over a mi-labeled price again. Gloves are marked at $6.88, but ring up as $11..88. I tried to buy a ladder one time and at the cash register it was $20 more. Employees were texting limiting ones ability to push a regular cart through the aisle, as well as cashiers were casually talking with unused carts in front of them which blocked the aisle to the registers. I have never had issues at other local stores in Bowie, MD or Annapolis, MD. Or, at the Lowes in Bowie, MD.

If you want a relaxing experience shopping go to this Homedepot. You can always find someone willing to help you.

I LOVE THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU DON'T USUALLY FIND EMPLOYEES WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS ANYMORE HALF OF THE TIME THEY RUN AWAY FROM YOU TO KEEP FROM ASSISTING YOU OR YOU CAN'T FIND ANYBODY BUT NOT AT THIS HOME DEPOT... WHICH WILL BE MY HOME STORE FROM NOW ON GIL & MATT (SUPV) WERE THE BEST GUYS YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR... THEY ASSISTED ME IN MY MANY PURCHASES, I WENT THERE FOR ONE THING AND ENDED UP SPENDING OVER $400 THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU RECEIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!.....I WILL RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TO SHOP AT YOUR HOME DEPOT!!!!

People in the flooring area was great they no there business about flooring. After what happen to me there . I will take my business else where. Will tell my friends to stay OUT of there also.
