I was so HAPPY that the Mums wetevon sale and the top soil was a great price!

I bought a full suite of appliances. Salem was our salesperson/amazing person. She is young, yet so knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Salem (she works in millwork) but helped us in appliances where she previously worked. Everyone at the store was polite and friendly.

The staff was helpful, but someone at corporate places product in the most unlogical place. Would you think you would have DeWalt Electronic Acessories in the Concrete Product area. Spent way to much time looking for a product that the Pro Desk had to research for 5 minutes themselves. If the staff has no idea where the product is, how do you expect the customer to find it. 20 minutes of my life I will never get back...

Gal in the paint department was wonderful. The Behr, can label showing the custom mixed paint the guy at the Rochester Hills store couldn't figure out and their paint analyzer was broken also caused great frustration. Utica store gal, bing bang boom got the number, mixed the paint PERFECT. Cashier gal was a pleasure too. I will go out of my wasy to shop UTICA store !

My cashier Regina was very friendly and professional. Also Joey helped me load my landscape timbers into my truck, he also was very friendly and helpful.

Kofi was very friendly at checkout, made sure we had everything we needed.

Came into the store and asked for help with finding tires for my lawn mower. Instantly I was taken to the tires and got what I wanted. Then I went to the blinds area and received exceptional care there by Georgette and Brian who helped me find the blinds I wanted and cut them to size. Even told me about an air conditioner cleaning for 8.88 regularly 99.00. So I signed up for that as well. Great service and care.

The guys on the floor are super helpful. The girls at customer service were super helpful as well!! Specifically Rachel,Allison and Lynette!!

I needed some new equipment and help in choosing it. The staff was so patient and helpful in providing the information needed for me to make the best decision. They were polite and helpful, from Kevin on the floor to Diann on the register. Store looked good and organized as well.

I visit stores so frequently with little to no engagement from workers or they seem annoyed. Georgette was a genuinely sweet and friendly person who talked about how much she loves her job and the customers. I will definitely be back and will recommend my friends to the Utica location as well!

Cheryl DiBardino is a great salesperson. Very helpful and listens to your needs. Brandyn the Manager could not be better as a manager. He cares about his customers and he shows it!!

Matt and Ann helped locate what I was looking for, showed me bulbs and plugged the whole system together to show me how it looked. Georgette checked us out and showed us how to enter the survey.

I was in 3 HomecDepot stores today and this store operates at a higher level.

We were in the store to buy one thing. And ended up also finding very nice vacuum on sale & then I saw laundry lint traps at the checkout which I desperately needed, It was helpful to have them right there at the checkout.

Got the new water heater replacement installed and purchased through homedepot, however initial experience would show the performance to be underwhelming, hot water didn't last but 20 minutes on a 50 gal tank
