We have several Home Depot stores in our area but this one on Lynnhaven Parkway is my favorite.

Noticed that the level of customer service is improving. The associates were friendly, and one of them actually walked me to the department and the item that I was looking for. Maybe things will return to the way they used to be when I worked at Home Depot 'back in the day'. It was nice to have associates ASK if I needed help...rather than having to 'chase someone down' who was trying to avoid eye contact. Keep up the good work!

Been coming to this store for many years. When we first moved into the area of Salem Woods, Home Depot has been our go to store for all our home projects and repairs. From flooring to appliances, tools, fencing you name it we have purchased it from this store. Always a good expierence. Will keep coming love my local Home Depot.

Employees all grouped together talking about personal issues, sadly i had to interrupt to ask a question only to get a blunt non caring answer

This store needs better customer service in home and garden. I picked up 60 bags (40 lbs each) of topsoil during 3 separate trips to the store. Unable to get loading assistance as no one was available on any of the 3 trips.
