I have been a patron of your store for more than 20 years and I will be loyal to this location for ever.

Serve comes in many forms. When a customer helps you then directs you to the workers who assist you. That's real service. Or, when a solar light is in the wrong area the workers find it with a lift so that I could get the correct item. That's service and kindness.

Needed to have some building materials cut to specification. Your staff did an excellent job helping.

Penny went above and beyond our expectations. She assisted from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. This includes assisting in load our new Traeger grill into our truck

They have everything, including employees who know what I am talking about when I don't know. I love the big parking lot, the three entrances so I can go into the door closest to the things I want. The employees are polite and helpful.

I went to Princess Anne store to purchase DEWALT 20V MAX XR Cordless Brushless 3-Speed Oscillating Multi Tool with (1) 20V 1.5Ah Battery and Charger with kit bag that was 50% off app stated 4in store, After unable to locate I asked employee that tried to help me by checking 2 areas in store. After which they located the department employee that attempted to locate it in the stacks overheard. Unfortunately we never located it. They checked inventory for another store and referred me there.

So hard working and yet pleasant and very helpful. They really deserve a raise.

I had to exchange a door and a medicine cabinet that ended up being too tall. The items were delivered and when I brought them back in my car the store refunded the delivery charge. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you. Love doing business with this Home Depot.

Need more customer service

I frequent this location as it is the closest to my home. The associates are always helpful.

Good selection of products. Nicely laid out. fairly convenient to find things using tha App.

This location has long joined the ranks of stores that are loaded with employees that don’t care about customer service. First off try to find anyone for assistance, not going to happen . If you do find someone you usually get an eye roll Or the brush off . I know it’s hard to find people to work but try finding people who at last fake like they care . Unfortunately o have to go here and I see this all the time .

Put some cashiers on the registers.

You should stop putting the shopping carts around the end of the island in the parking, it makes you pull out further into the only lane that you can come into the store creates a hazard and of course because a lot of tenants are so lazy they will stack the cards up to where you can barely make it through to the parking spots since they're just walking around out there anyway looking at their phone you should build a cart corral in the parking lot where you can get a car from it and then put it back figure out how to keep track of someone putting their cart back and give him some points problem solved

The Pro Desk team in this store is simply amazing! They are everything one would hope for upon going into Home Depot. Beside the Pro desk team, the management must be doing a good job because associates in this store do NOT "run away" when they see you coming...they are VERY helpful and what they don't know, they WILL find out and do their VERY best to help!

I went to this store for an urgent project needing a shop vac. Store carried only overpriced but cheaply made products. I bought one and when I opened it, the Ridgid 4 gal portable wet dry vac for $100, had clearly been previously used then returned and simply resold… dirt in the canister and filter … no cost reduction or any sign that it was recycled.

I was appreciative for the help I received from (Samantha) the CS Rep, & all done with speed & a pleasant attidude

My wife was buying 3 inch base molding for a remodel and she showed the associat a picture on her phone and the clown cuts door casing for the she requested and she informed him that it doesn’t look like the picture was he sure! He said yes but if was different bring it back and she could refund it. Well it wasn’t even close so I returned it to the store and we explained to the cashier what had happened and she Said it didn’t matter, that when it got cut it can’t be returned. Again we told her that the associate was the reason it was wrong and she still refused to do anything about it.

Brandon is a fantastic person! He carries integrity every time he steps on the floor! Without him, Home Depot wouldn't be the same. Give bro a raise.
