I don't know how many times I can say this, this Home Depot is the best in the 757! Dom, Malik, Johnny, Mason, Makiah, Ian, and the rest of the gang are amazing! This Home Depot is #1! I'm coming back!

This store is one of the few that remains open until 10:00 p.m. and that’s extremely helpful. I’m a Marine Corps veteran and I appreciate the 10% military discount. The store was very clean …especially the ladies room. The employees were both helpful and courteous.

Walked in the HomeDepot in a hurry and an associate walked up and asked, “What do you need?” I told him I needed crimping tool. So he gave me three options. Isle 2 and 3 have electrical crimps and isle 15 has the cable crimps. I told him I need what’s on isle 15. He walked with me and took me directly to them. Gave my thanks to him and proceeded to check out. HomeDepot associates know how to do their jobs and how to treat customers! Thanks HomeDepot!

This is definitely the best Home Depot in the area .

Felicia at the 2020 Lynnhaven Parkway VB location went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. She was friendly and professional. She made our shopping experience at Home Depot a pleasant one.

Every time I shop at this store, they always have what I am looking for. Some staff are helpful and some are quiet and un-engaging as it relates to intereact with customers. Overall, all of the staff that I have dealt with where respectful, helpful and professional.

Recently I made a trip to home depot to look at buying a new freezer. After walking around I was unable to find anyone in the appliance department. There was however a nice lady in the kitchen design area that went out of her way and even stayed late to make sure I got taken care of. She helped me search the internet and narrowed down my choices and eventually I was able to make a selection on a new freezer. She did all this while she was supposed to have clocked out. Just want to say thank you Jean. Would be 5 stars but there was no sales associate in the appliance department to begin with.

Have a lot of DIY projects and it feels like I'm here so often people know me by name. Meaning, the staff is super friendly and takes the time to help in whichever way they can.

Bought a new shower head and it works great

did not know how to get mil discount on my phone..they stopped what they were doing to show me and printed out a paper that tells me exactly how to do it//...wish it was easier some just want your drivers lic to prove you get the mil discount

I was having a hard time finding a certain item and one of the associates went across the store (with a smile on his face) and checked the computer system for the item, found it and brought it back to me with the isle number in case I needed to find it again. Awesome store...no wandering around ever, looking for help!! High recommendation to everyone!!

Upon arrival I was greeted and was helped immediately when I was searching for the correct aisle by a friendly employee by the name of Felicia. She was very helpful and courteous. Need more employees like her!!! Awesome service!!!

They have everything you need for a wonderful gardening experience.

Stopped by to grab some lighting and accessories but couldn't find the item that they said was in stock. The ASM David came to assist and literally wallked all over the store to find what I needed to keep my project going. Was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed

They will lie about delivery times to get you to purchase appliances. Then they will cancel the delivery and not provide alternative time choices. They require that the delivery be made before discussing appropriate compensation for their lack of courtesy, which of course is after any returns can be made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Multiple times over the years I have found myself either needing help, maybe just to answer a simple question, or when I do find an employee they are either on their way to lunch or can't answer my question or are in general, unhelpful. I see employees kind of just walking around lost like drones with no purpose.

Missing products from a delivery, full runaround from this location.

I buy all my gardening supplies and plants here every year! The vegetable plants are always healthy and there are a variety of choices ie: green or red peppers and several types of tomato plants. I'm so glad they are just a couple red lights away!!

I went to garden and had an amazing experience everything was lovely and it was a breathable environment. This place was amazing, the associates were so friendly, and kind and when I went to check out with James, he did so in a friendly manner.

They proactively asked me if I needed assistance which I think projected they really are sensitive to their customers needs

I made a purchase today of just over $300 and another purchased a night of over $115. Nobody’s willing to help nobody’s now when you see a customer soon as they enter your apartment don’t sit here and play on your phone or whatever you’re doing ask the customer can I find something for you help you find something measure something for you sell yourself I’ll sit at the courtesy Dess customer service desk and play on a phone in a second time went by there was nobody behind the customer service desk at all. Don’t know what they were doing outside smoking cigarettes who knows maybe drinking a beer out back you know anybody watching them and getting on about it they won’t grow up And I wish you didn’t take pictures or videos but you should have security cameras there look for yourself I was in there tonight for 18 2023 at 8:53 PM. This is the cleanest, most stocked, and great employees garden area I have seen in a really long time. Everyone was so helpful and very polite. Gus is who helped me and he really knows his mulch!!
