I went in for a paint sample, which was made very quickly. While waiting, a nice man in HVAC helped us located the exact shelves we were looking for. And, checking out a nice cashier made the process quick and easy. Compared to the other Home Depots and hardware stores I have been to recently, this is by far the best!

No one is perfect, but this Home Depot does a great job of striving for just that.

I have to give a shot out to Heaven in the Garden department, Angie in Electric Department. They were beyond helpful and had great attitudes.

I buy items Olmos everyday is all good never return anything back I like the products

I was told the best Behr paint was suppose to cover in one coat. My husband painted a large area in one coat and it looks great!

We bought our home 4 years ago but each year we choose a project and I get so excited to head to this Home Depot with my hubby. Everyone is very helpful.

I have found Home Depot employees willing to go to extremes to ensure the customer is confident in their products and service. It is my first choice for home improvement projects.

This store is very helpful in helping locate what I am looking for. Convenient, with good prices on my building, outdoor and interior needs.

I love that this store has a great variety of products. From plants to paint to tools! Not just 1 brand. Thank you.

I am looking at a kitchen backsplash that is being tiled by our contractor. He buys everything from HD. The backsplash looks fantastic.

Alexander V.L. really stood out to my husband and I during our time at HD. We had some questions and needed some help in regards to keeping some things on hold while we continued to shop around the store. He was so sweet, informative and made us feel like we weren’t an inconvenience while finishing our shopping list. In the same breath of awesome customer service, Angie was super informative about shopping for a home security system! She stood and talked with us and gave us her honest opinion which we really appreciated!!

I spoke with the assistant manager, Alex, and he was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help me with my issue. Overall, great experience.

I went in feeling apprehensive about finding what I needed to purchase. The first employee I ran into helped me every step of the way. He turned my not such a great day into a much better day.

HD has come a long way to improve customer relations. I used to begrudgingly go to HD of just go somewhere else because the service was so bad but recently I have found a refreshing change. The employees are much nicer and more helpful. Maybe management has figured out nice and friendly employees get people to spend more money.

I have shopped at this store for the last 20 years. This has been by far the worst I have seen the store and service from the team members. During this visit at 10:30 - 11:00 AM on a Tuesday there were a total of 7 aisles closed for stocking products. Usually it is to get products down not put things up. This is a function of poor management not poor execution from the team members. I finally gave up shopping for products aft 15 minutes of not being able to get to the products I needed. At the checkouts there were 10 people in line 8 checkout stations and only two cashiers. There was one person telling people to go stand in line down the aisle however. You would think if they were busy she would have started checking or allowed people to check out themselves. It was apparent she was in charge of ushering people down the line. Not helping check people out. It appears to me there is nobody managing the team which I have learned after 30+ years in retail.

I buy all my Ridgid tools and lumber at this Homedepot. If I buy to much, or even the wrong product they seem easy to return what I didn't want.

All employees that I interacting with were kind and courteous, offering me help with a smile and when I ran into a problem, instantly came up with a solution!

The quality and selection at this store never fails me. Other than the products they carry the Rental department offers competitive rates, and great equipment.

Danny explained different toilet features that helped us make a choice for this purchase and now we have an idea dor the next one too.

We need a new kitchen sink. Hubby called HomeDepot and was advised that if we purchased new faucet, it would be installed free. HomeDepot App showed same thing. We bought the faucet and paid 1 cent for installation. 3rd party made appointment to install the faucet, then sent email that HomeDepot canceled the work order. Home Depot did not contact us to advise. We spoke to manager, Alex. Explained what happened. GE said he would look into the issue and call back. He did but call back. He just issued a refund for one cent

There is always someone available to ask questions or help locate an item

I used to avoid going to Home Depot and any other like store, because I always was made to feel like I was sort of ..well..in the way. But this Home Depot has made a HUGE turn-around, and I am always made to feel right at home. No problem showing me where an item might be. And the BIGGIE....helping me find the right solution! I will never go "over the bridge" to save a couple bucks in taxes again. Now I am made to feel good about going to this store, and I will be back again and again! Thank you Home Depot!

Viv was exceptionally helpful by responding to my question regarding product availability by physically going to a remote corner of the garden department to confirm that my product had been delivered. That effort was above and beyond expectations! Please commend Viv for me.

Marina in the paint department is the best I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, helpful, quick and courteous.
