Store is clean, Associates are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I do a lot of shopping at this store and I like all the associates. They are all very helpful.

The store was clean and the window coverings were easy to find. Was disappointed that color selection was limited and the prices were higher than that of a competitor.

I love the Lawn and Garden section! So many beautiful plants and flowers!

Carla Rather, who is a Customer Order Specialist at the Vicksburg store, pulled together my order for hardwood flooring in my home and did a great job. All The people at the Vicksburg, MS store are the best. They will go to great lengths to get what the customer is asking for.

This trip was to buy additional flowers from an earlier visit. No trouble finding merchandise and cashier was ready and willing.

I must say that the cashiers are very friendly and very knowledgeable, but there some of the floor Associate will just tell you they don't know and then walk off with out helping find another associate that may know, so they get a grade of F. The Store is very clean and it gets a grade of A+. Note: Please fix this big problem with the floor Associate at the Vicksburg, Ms Store

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot because I usually find everything I need. There is an enormous selection of everything. I find things that I didn't know that I needed. The staff is always helpful when their services are requested. When I shop at the Home Depot, I do not have to look any further.

The store was clean and the associate was very helpful! I found exactly what I was looking for! Can't wait to use it! Checkout was a breeze!

Store was clean, well staffed, knowledge staff in all departments. However, I noticed that the outside merchandise, particularly the vegetable plant were not in very good shape. They were excellent when they first arrived. However, it appears to me that the enthusiasm by the staff in that department had waned. Staff was still helpful with flowers, but no one had watered the vegetable plants in several days. In fact, my main purpose today was to purchase several tomato plants to go with my previous purchases of vegetable plants. I left disappointed.

Store is well lighted, comfortable environment and I got good service finding the correct screws I needed for some repairs at my Minister's house.

I talked to 2 employees during my visit, they were so very nice and helpful. They both knew the department i was looking for and helped me look for my product. I did not get their names but they were so very friendly and helpful. I love shopping in a store where the employee really cares whether or not you find what you came in for. I will return to this store to shop in the near future

The ladies that helped us mix paint were awesome! They matched the colors perfectly and answered all my questions! The finished product looks amazing.

I was buying bagged mulch for flower bed and bought 6 bags. I purchased them inside and drove to the parking lot area where the items are stored and loaded them into my truck.

I went in to purchase an item but could only find one of its kind. When I went to check out, the associate asked me about locating everything and when I mentioned that I could only find one of the product that I was looking for, she took the time to locate additional items for me. Thank you for your help.

I frequently purchase from this store. I usually find exactly what I need and the prices are reasonable. My problem is that it takes quite a bit of time to find an associate to help with whatever assistance I might need. Also, the item I purchased was not easily identified in the register and it took a long time to determine the price. However, the clerk was very helpful and when an associate was located, I was helped immediately and my purchase was finalized. I still enjoy shopping at The Home Depot. It's one of my favorite places to browse and purchase my household items.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT THIS HOMEDEPOT! THE STAFF IS SO HELPFUL IN HELPING ME FIND ANTHING, HELPING ME LOAD ITEMS AND TAKING ITEMS TO MY CAR FOR ME. THIS MEANS A LOT TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE A DAUGHTER THAT IS IN A WHEELCHAIR SO ALL THE HELP THAT I GET MAKES MY SHOPPING SO MUCH EASIER AND EVEN ENJOYABLE!

I know your store better than any of your employees. Customers do not come first here. I shop primarily at McCoys because I get better pricing. I spend thousands on building materials. I feel like I'm wasting my time.

I am always happy to visit our local Home Depot. It's where I go when I want to dream about my future home.
