It's a good store to visit whatever I need. Sometimes even I don't need to buy plants, but I love to go around in nursery to watch different kinds of plants and flowers. I like to go around and look at prices like appliances. Sometimes I'm trying to compare prices to other store but when I saw something that kind cheaper, like air freshener , ants spray or other household cleaner, I really grab and charge on my account.

I was impressed with the employees offer to help instead of having to find an employee and ask for help.

We always visit this store so we know it is clean and we are very familiar with the layout.

I ordered a 4-wire cord for my dryer amd they had the product in stock and ready to pick up the same day. Others didn't have it available for almost two weeks. I purchased from homedepot.com and picked up at customer service where the staff was courteous and got ke checked out within 5 minutes. Great store, highly recommended!

i had previously come in to purchase two 5 gallons but had no assistance from a worker, i purchased paint and left. My need to get the home painted was immediate, i haphazardly came in before work one mourning to quickly get rollers and few things I hadnt got assistance with in previous visit. I was happily surprised to just inform the young woman at paint desk my goals and she recommended and located every item i needed her name was Mayra perez and she was extremely helpful and polite to me my mother and my two children. i have since finished the repaint and rented the property. i will certainly return to this store. thank you

The associates were extremely helpful throughout the entire remodel/renovation process. They spent a lot of time with me and had great advice. I would highly recommend Richard in appliances, Jen and Nathee in Flooring, and Sabrina (Sam) in customer service!

I looked a lot on the website and app prior to going and purchasing. I bought a Rigid table saw that was on sale and it was in stock. I'm a happy camper, I have a lot of projects coming up using this saw.

Store was very clean and employees are very helpful and friendly. I was asked several times if I needed help. Was able to find everything I needed.

I needed an adapter for the end of our leaf blower tube so that I could clean out our rain gutters. There was no adapter available. So Matt and Abdul did some fantastic problem solving and came up with an adapter from the garden department. It was a bendable piece of plastic tubing that is used at the bottom of downspouts on rain gutters. With a metal clamp to hold the plastic tubing in place on the leaf blower tube, I was in business!! They did not give up and did some excellent, innovative problem solving! I thought that was outstanding! I am so pleased with the quality of associates at the Visalia Home Depot.

Some plumbing items were cheaper then Lowe''s. Explores were friendly

The store was clean. Employees were friendly and willing to help me find what i was looking for.

I came to Home Depot today looking for parts to fix a ceiling fan from Lowes and the staff helped me find what I needed for only six dollars. I also bought an ultra high efficient toilet for only 149 dollars. I was able to repair the fan with the right parts in only 15 minutes. This is what great service is all about.

Happy that I was met by two associates who could help locate my product and quickly!

I came to Home Depot to purchase materials to make a Horseshoe Pit. Kathy came up to me as I entered the store tp ask if I needed help. I am a 75 year old grandmother who knows nothing about building a horseshoe pit, but I had googled the how to so had a list of materials. I explained to Kathy I had just moved from Idaho to Visalia to be near my family, after 12 years of separation and wanted to build a horseshoe pit as a way to give the family something fun to do together. Kathy was so caring and so helpful, it touched my heart. She introduced me to Frank, and took my cell ph# in case she may need to call me. We had to wait fro Frank to come to work, so Kathy gave all the information to a young woman working in the department where Frank works. When Frank came in, I went over my list with him and he gave me a timeframe for time he needed to cut the wood and get my materials together. I left for awhile and came back. Frank had almost everything together. He explained how much more time he would need so I did other shopping. When I came back, Frank had all the materials together and explained to me how I should proceed to complete the project., He then got help for me to bring the materials to my vehicle. Honestly, I felt blessed and very special. I have never before experienced such a high level of interest, helpfulness and friendliness in any store of any kind. They made my day. Thank you Frank and Kathy and the young man who took my materials to the vehicle....and to the man who helped me pick out a toilet seat. He stayed with me, helped me measure and pick out the correct model. We laughed and had fun and he didn't leave me until I was completely taken care of.

Rarely is there anybody available to help me, and those who are there available quite often don't have a good knowledge of the items in which I'm seeking. However the people that are there do give it their best efforts.

Great store will visit again! Enjoy shopping like to visit the store at least twice a month if nott often!
