Went right in found what I wanted and walked right out no problem at all, great floor plan!

The customer service that I received yesterday was horrible and I will make sure to tell all my friends!!

I was unfamiliar with the store. The first associate directed me correctly. The second asked if I needed help and I said yes, to cut a wire length. She called the proper associate who was there in less than a minute and completed the task quickly. Checkout was a breeze. I value my time highly and this was the fastest I could have imagined to complete my purchase. And everyone was friendly.

1 year ago I would have 1's. Now 5s. What a turn around. 3 people helped me find what I needed and actually knew what they were talking about. Needed a unique electrical 35 amp breaker. I figured I would have to sort it out myself- but there was actually someone there to help me. I only went to the store today because their competitor did not have what I needed. New Cashiers/associates with warm friendly personalities. I will start shopping there again.

From start to finish all employees were very helpful in every area of the store! Especially checking out with cashier Jacqueline she was very helpful with a great attitude!

Something changed at this store and it is now even BETTER!

I needed a plumbing part for my bath tub faucet. The associate at the plumbing offered his help right away and thanks to him, I was able to get a part and complete my repair with very short amount of time. I always use Home Depot!

Francisco knew his stuff and where it was located. Was in and out in under 5 minutes!

I was very pleased with my store experience. The product was readily available and the associate very helpful. It was a pleasure visiting the store. Bought more than I went in for. Went to buy a sander, came out with sander and flowers.

I had to return a couple of my purchased items and the young lady that assisted me in returns was the nicest and most helpful of any person I ever encountered in a Home Depot store. Kudos to HD.

This store is in good location very convenient to approach and locate the items and very organize, clean with good helper associates I love to go again & again,

Every time today when I needed to know where something was, a store associate was there who could instantly tell me what aisle it was on. This happened 3 times! I was amazed!

This home depot is over all clean help is ok way better than the one on hilcroft and westbelfort. if you want good service go to the one on beltway 8 and Bellaire they have best service there!

Overall it was a stress free trip. I found exactly what I needed and everything was easy to locate.

The first thing I did when I walked through their doors was ask where the attic insulation was. Was redirected and found an assistant familiar with the area. She was able to show me different types of insulation, which I am unfamiliar with. We found the right width and that it had paper backing. She loaded them onto the cart I brought and I went to check out. The cashier was friendly and offered to have them carried out to my vehicle and loaded. It wasn't a minute before a gentleman helped me take them to my car and loaded them in the back of my SUV. I always enjoy going to this particular location because everything is easy to find and with my penchant for DIY activities, makes my job that much easier.

The was very clean the store assoc.that help me at the customer service desk on 8/2/2015 went out of her way in order for me have stuff odder online to pay with a credit card from another person out of state. Keep up great work store # 0585 all my experiences at this store have been great I shop there alot.

Nobody helped us in flooring dept, head cashier is rude and does not take time to talk with customers to explain things , this store is not customer service friendly maybe this explain why it was slow while I was shopping comparing to other locations

I was happy with the helpful information provided in garden center & kitchen center by stores associates.

I moved close to this store not too long ago and it is by far the friendliest store in Houston. Every time I walk in the store, the associates and even the store manager asking how I was doing and if I needed any assistance. As a new homeowner in the area, it is great to see this level of customer service. You won't find this level of service anywhere else in Houston.

I actually enjoyed my visit. There was a gentleman in plumbing and was very helpful and pleasant. He didn't treat me like I was a misplaced doe in headlights, which is the attention I usually get from being a woman in a hardware store. The other gentleman in the tool section was also helpful and both were knowledgeable. I'm used to being disregarded and pointed to a general area, but these assoiciates actually walked me to the product and didn't leave until I was fully satisfied and taken care of. When i was ready to check out, I was greated by a charismatic and sweet cashier. Overall impressive service. Everyone behaved as though they enjoy their job and actually care. It shows in their work.

I've been shopping at this store for about six years. My house is an older house and, upon purchase, needed repairs. Before then, I lived at an apartment so tool wise, I didn't have much. This location is conveniently, down the road from my neighborhood. It has everything I ever needed. I can run in and out whenever I need something. There's always good deals offered. I've bought everything from cooking vent filter to washer/dryer to DIY gardening stuff, and more. It's a one stop shop for upgrading and fixing up my home.

The associates I worked with were extremely helpful. They helped me select exactly the items I needed. They stayed with me during my entire visit They were very friendly and made sure I got everything I needed.

Not being familiar with home goods , home improvements , etc the female sales associate was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and shared alot of great tips.

Being a novice when it comes to home improvement projects - I recently moved from an apartment complex where issues were taken care of by the management company - I was very wary about undertaking any kind of project, big or small, on my own. My first project was to have my front door replaced on my new home. I knew that The Home Depot could help me with this project whether I chose to do it myself or hire a contractor/installer to do it for me. The young man I've been working with on this project - I chose to have a Home Depot contractor/installer do the work - is Marcus M. and he has been absolutely wonderful. He has made the process very easy and has explained everything in terms I can understand, not tech speak. Thanks to Marcus I am well on my way to getting my unattractive and rather beat up old door replaced with a door that will not only look good but help me save money on my electric bills. I wish more stores and businesses had associates like Marcus M., who truly care about helping customers and making them feel confident in their choices,
