I've started coming to this store due to I get great customer service, very clean and well stocked. Employees are happy, friendly and will ask you if you need assistance. I recommend this store to everyone I know.

Today the amazing team at Home Depot 0584 ( Daphne”BoBo”, Chris Fields OASM, Crispin Simmons Manager) went way above and beyond to help our family and did so without being asked. They did so because they put people first and it was the right thing to do. We drove across town to find a portable AC big enough to keep us and our two dogs cool in 100+heat. We have been without power for 3 days and due to major storm damage in our area there is no eta for power restoration. The local stores were depleted. The only one at their store was a display. Daphne called in Chris who offered a $100 discount because of or situation on the smaller unit but in 100+ temps this wouldn’t work. Chris then called Chrispin, the manager, who was not even on duty because he was the only one that could authorize the sale of the display. Not only did he authorize it he discounted it from $669 to $500 without hesitation to make sure our family was taken care of. I literally cried and hugged Daphne whose kindness and heart sparked it all. She hugged me back with sincere caring. She told me she was from Louisiana so she understood having been through storms. I hugged Chris and he hugged back both me and my husband. Home Depot hires kind and motivated people who care about people. I literally asked for nothing and left with everything that matters. This meant the world to our family and our pups. Home Depot customers for life!

I’m very happy after my home finish everything new. I like Home Depot.

The cashier Dalaja has helped me a lot by providing information on everything that I need. She is very patient and kind.

I got toilet seat and shower door recently and I love it

Despite being told not to write about customer service in the writing guidelines, that's exactly why I'm writing. I was so impressed with the professional manner in which my visit was handled, I thought I should express my gratitude and let others know that Mohammad treated us with very good care, and for that reason, I highly recommend going to this store. Our closest store was closed, and I'm grateful this one was open until 10 because I was able to get exactly what I needed to complete a project for the next day.

Sale cashier Dalaja was very rude and on a personal call during checkout. Asking her to help or get more bags to complete the bagging of my purchased items, she became argumentative. A disappointing experience. Everyone else in the store was very nice and always asked if I needed help.

I love shopping for flowers . Lightning, plumbing products , painting, gardening, pesticides. and much more Great place to get everything I need for my projects .

The outdoor electrical outlet timer I purchased seems sufficient for the purpose for which it was bought. The courtesy and professionalism of the store staff, however, is not sufficient. Hence, the 3 star rating.
