Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals event?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, setting up appliances indoors, and doing lawn and garden work outdoors. Don't forget to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs only from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Make certain your home is set for spring temperature swings by repairing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture freezes in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On the outside of your house, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that can let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop from 9–noon on May 2, 2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute keepsake box that fits all kinds of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
