Home Depot Staff Has Great Plumbing and Grout Knowledge
I bought sanded ceramic tile caulk used around sinks, Husky junior tube copper cutter, and SharkBite copper connection and disconnect clip. Only with the great knowledge of the Home Depot staff in the grout and plumbing sections, was I able to complete my home owner projects over the weekend. The staff was friendly to approach and understood I was a homeowner looking for such products. As a homeowner, I recommend this store to find the right project repair products.

Condescending staff
Multiple team members told me to go to an isle and someone would come help me get a multimeter out of a lockbox. 15 min total and no one shows up. The manager and staff were condescending when I told them I had been waiting. They have off duty staff calling me “bro”.

"Leper store"
Undersized and understaffed Home Depot has more limited stock selection and checkout can be bad. Parking can be non-existent when the shopping mall is packed. Unfortunately, it's the only store in Milpitas
