The Home Depot is one of my go to stores when I run my errands, they have everything you need from cleaning supplies to drills. I would love for the store to have access to the mall making my errands much faster to run. Cashier Timara went out and beyond and did an amazing job. I love seeing friendly faces when I walk into the store. Anderson in the wood cutting center is also a great associate and both employees should get rewarded for their great service. I cannot get this at Lowe’s! Always great service from this store.

Last night I went in with my fiancé to begin picking up Home improvement items for our house and the employees on duty were phenomenal! Ed was awesome and was really determined to find the correct cabinets we needed and i gotten everything needed! Heading to the cashier Nilasia was so welcoming and sweet she made check out as painless as possible! She’s a 10/10 ! So overall I will definitely will be returning to this location. As a retail manager I say Just amazing customer service! Keep up the excellent work!

Had to purchase a Ring security system for my mom. Didn't know much about the product, Tameka G. at Home Depot was the best! She was knowledgeable, attentive and she did a comparison for me on different pieces of the system that best would cover my security needs.

I like this store, my only issue is that it’s not connected to the mall. Why have a store in a mall and not have it connected? Such an inconvenience. If it was connected I wouldn’t have to drive around just to get to the mall

A friendly and pleasant environment to shop in.

In this store I felt relax and welcome. Clean thru out and everything was organized. I was able to find every item easily and accurate.

overall good selection, but store has no connection to the mall which makes it very inconvenient. There needs to be a way to get into the mall from the store, i do not like driving around to get into the mall. store was clean and associates are helpful

This is my favorite home improvement/project store. The people are helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful workers

I use The Home Depot in West Nyack because of its proximity to my residence. I went there to place a special order for an item (Feit retrofit lights) that Home Depot does not stock. The lights I needed had been discontinued by the maufacturer and were not readily present anywhere. Store Manager Dave Lawrence was able to contact the manufacturer and order a box of these lights (still in their stock) which will be delivered to the Nyack Home Depot within two weeks. Dave spent a considerable amount of time with me with this order and I appreciate it!

The store is in close proximity. The employees are cordial. The store is well equipped with all kinds of products.

The most lazy and rude men work in the Garden department. Not one man would help me with the mulch and they watched and laughed at me as I put it in my car.

What a pleasant store to come too! The staff is always ready to help and know there business. I drive a few miles extra for this particular store. The best.

The store is clean and well stock with the associates ready and willing to offer help when you need it. You are able to shop with ease moving around the area of the store. I have been shopping there for over 15 years now.

The friendly courteous service at this store is consistent. The Staff is super helpful, but most of all knowledgeable. I recommend!

Although the West Nyack Home Depot store is not the closest Home Depot to us, we highly recommend this store for excellent customer service.

Since I purchased my new home I have been at this Home Depot quite a bit. The employees are very helpful. Kudos to Manager Dave and Asst manger Dwayne they have been great with me. Employees Larry, Dionne and many others have assisted me and with many ideas. Ramon helped loaded my pickup truck with special orders. Again many thanks for going above and beyond. Will recommend this store to all my family and friends.
