I bought these LED recessed retrofit lights 2 months ago I am really still impressed with them I only purchased 4 but plan on buying more great product saves $$ do it your self take out the old bulb and screw the LED retrofit light into the old can.

I bought them to replace my old 6in hi hat cans easy to install just screw them in where the bulb would go plug and play I won’t have to change bulbs any more and they give great illumination nice and bright.

I stopped in to buy plants for my garden and unfortunately this Home Depot had a terrible garden section. Nearly all the herbs were dead or wilted (their containers were bone-dry), and a good portion of the plants in the Annuals section were also wilted. I've attached pictures to illustrate. Not sure how HD expects to sell anything but personally, I find it insulting that this is what they put out to the customers with the expectation of making sales.

I bought a Vinyl Floor that needed to be cut to size, the ladies helped me from A-Z until i was satisfied with the color and size.

I buy products for my business during off hours. I have always experienced great service at this location.

Cleanliness? Spotless. Aisles are well-organized, product shelves are tidy, and even the bathrooms are maintained better than most sit-down restaurants. You can tell there’s pride in how the store is kept—and that goes a long way. Now, I’ll admit: sometimes it takes a minute to flag down an employee if you’ve got a question or need a second opinion on something. But when you do, they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. It’s a minor hiccup in an otherwise excellent experience, and it’s nothing a quick walk to the service desk or a little patience won’t solve. All in all, this place is a gem. It’s the kind of store where you lose track of time in the best way. I always leave with a sense of accomplishment—and let’s be honest, a few more things than I came in for. But hey, that’s just part of the charm. Bottom line? I love that store. And if you’re looking to get things done right, it’s a pretty good place to start.

I special ordered a refrigerator and the sales person made the experience easy and he was very knowledgeable and professional.

I manage rental units. From painting and cleaning to plumbing and everything in between Home Depot always has what I need. I often purchase items online and pick them up in the lockers by the entry door. It is seamless and fast.

Great service in the lumber department by Christian at Nyack, N.Y. Home Depot. I needed to cut a piece of plywood so it could fit on my SUV and Christian did it right away to my specifications. Thank you again Christian for great customer service. Plus they keep the store clean and organized.

This store has become very cluttered with all of the endcap displays both front back and main side aisle really too much clutter

This West Nyack location is consistently clean and organized. Their stock is accurate and consistent with the website.

I wanted to purchase 4 separate items. The app said all 4 were in stock at W Nyack. None were.

my husband is handicapped, went into the store walking with his cane, went through the entrance near the courtesy counter, asked for electric wheelchair was told by the road, inconsiderate cashier at courtesy that he had to walk to the other entrance to get his electric wheelchair for use. My husband can barely walk 200 feet with a cane. Needless to say he walked to the other entrance physically exhausted sat in the chair until I got there to assist him. I asked for a manager was told there were three on duty not a one came to me left my name and number for a phone call. It’s 36 hours post visit to store not one has called me.

I have had very good experiences with staff helping out and or answering questions. However, at times it is difficult to find an associate to do so.

The customer service is excellent at this Home Depot

Honestly they have no one working there anymore that knows anything about the products. They just look on their phone and tell where it should be

Wide open aisles- very neat and organized. Easy to navigate

Don’t expect to find anyone working at the cash registers. It’s all self checkout with usually at least one self checkout registers broken for some reason. Once in a while you might find someone working a register. I frequent a half a dozen other Home Depot’s for business and this one is by far the poorest managed and staffed.

Been shopping at this location for many years and very pleased.

Don't buy gift cards with Visa/ Mastercard there are scammers who rip bar codes and can make carbon copies of the cards and will steal your money. Once purchased Home Depot has no control over it anymore. You will loose your money.

I bought my refrigerator a few months ago . I do find the installation expensive
