Dropped in to pick up online Halloween decoration. Jennifer asked if I was interested in the hearse. Bought it and a total of $2,000 additional items. Thank you Jennifer and Janet in customer service.

In store for 2 hours just trying to be waited on for only 18 bundles of shingles and a few other supplies needed for roof. Won’t ever be back! Will go to the one at Bellmead where I normally go.

The employees are always so helpful when I need help finding items. This store is my first stop when looking for home products.

Got a great deal on a dishwasher. Asked me if I wanted it installed. Paid for installation. On day of delivery to gentlemen came in and said that since my dishwasher is hardwired, they couldn’t do it. They were not certified plumbers or electricians. Got stuck with a dishwasher, but I am getting a refund for the installation. They said they delivered 15 products today for Home Depot and that there were three instances that this occurred. Said that it occurs on a regular basis. Home Depot advertises certified electrician/plumbers to deliver your built-in appliances. I would be very careful.

I made a $600 purchase and the register malfunctioned and didn't print a receipt. I felt I was overcharged and wanted to verify this because some of the items are suppose to be free with other purchases. After waiting 30 minutes and 5 different employees I still was not able to get a receipt.

I received my items faster than expected (and earlier than initially quoted to me at checkout). Great customer experience!

I will definitely keep Shopping at this Store as they have everything that I need to Complete My Projects and if they dont have it they order it for Me.Keep up the GOOD WORK.

I can always count on managers at the Waco Store to help me whatever needs I may have. They are so patient and kind and helpful in all situations. They are the BEST. That is exactly why I love shopping there.

I have to hunt and hunt to find merchandise

Typical lack of interest in the customer. Your floor staff reminds me of elements of the medical community in the respect that they don’t really View people as the main part of their job. They fail to realize that we are the only reason they have a job there.

Had to wait in line for 22 minutes to pick up an order placed on line. Customer Service was understaffed and not well organized. Others picking up items often lined up by one of the customer service agents who was at her post, unaware that there was a single line for the next available associate. The customers themselves (not store employees) had to discipline the line.

The man who assisted us was terrific. All were really there for us.

We bought an air conditioner, put it in same day, no problem, we will put up ceiling fans in a few days, also enjoyed just looking around in store!

I’m sure the quality of service varies from location to location. The Waco store has lost its quality with emphasis on self help finding needed items and self checkout. All while the prices increase

I bought a dishwasher Saturday evening . John was so helpful and had everything ready for pickup Sunday. He was friendly and eager to help me and even went to another aisle to get dishwasher kit I needed. helped me make the best selection with my budget .

employees are not only hard to find, but when you do find one they tell you it is not their dept and to look for someone else!

I had no issues finding and deciding on a push mower. However the cashier was unfriendly. She didn't greet me, almost broke my debit card by bending it in half in the machine and although I was friendly she was rude to me. When the transaction was done I told her to have a nice day and she ignored me.

Their inventory and customer service far exceeds the other Home Depot in the area.

I've really gotten to know this store because I'm in there a lot. They do a good job and usually have everything I need. Every now and then there's an employee at the desk who might not be helpful, but usually I get there help I need when I need it.

i like shopping there because is close to all my jobs and home is my number 1 choice before i even think to go somewhere else. a home depot card for sure would be helpful.

I purchased a microwave and paid additional for installation and haul old one away. I was never told that if I had a tile back splash the installers would not install. So now I have a microwave and no way to get old one out or new one installed. Home Depot should have told us that they couldn't install if we had a tile backsplash....I am so upset by this whole ordeal.

I looked at this door online and I thought it would be in stock. It is just a simple door and standard size. Maurine was very helpful. We had someone different help us with the hardware. He was extremely helpful.

I bought my oven/stove/air fryer and was completely satisfied with it.

I use this home depot on a regular basis everyone is very pleasant to deal with from the young lady working customer pick up on the morning of 10/26 along with everyone else. Always a good morning from the lady at self check out an the one lady at the paint desk. Great customer service
