The Kennesaw N Home Depot has always has had really friendly, helpful people working there, every time I have gone in. They also seem better stocked than other Home Depots I have been to.

I am very happy to have discovered the Kennesaw Home Depot at Cherokee St. I recently purchased a pet door for my home so my cat can go in and out of the house. Being unfamiliar with the store as this was my first visit at this location I did not know the location for this particular product. I was able to quickly locate an associate and was directed to the correct location where another associate helped me to "zero in" on the exact spot where the pat doors were. At home I later decided that I wanted a slightly larger door for my cat. As this Home Depot store is located near my workplace I was able to return and replace the "cat door" easily. The associates were friendly and made this processes a quick fix. I always have a great experience with Home Depot purchases and returns. Kudos to HD for providing a great home improvement process!

Kennesaw Home Depot #1777 is our go to home improvement store! It's almost got exactly what we are looking for and has a fantastic staff. Their associates are always cheerful, helpful, and great advice for any project we are working on!

Morning to afternoon cashiers on the weekend are super friendly and helpful! Got the products I needed, but, I needed pine straw. Anyways, the deals are always great and that's another thing I look forward to.

I was able to get the assistance, from two sale person, ant the Cashiers were on point, with all of the offers that was going on at the store. Great team work

This HD by far is my favorite of them all. Not only is this store always clean and staff friendly and helpful, THEY HAVE F R E E STARBUCKS COFFEE!!!Whoa!!!

I have NEVER been to a Home depot location where I didn't have to chase down a person in an orange apron. I swear they hide from customers, and I have been to many different locations through the years. HOWEVER, at this Shiloh Rd. location I had not one, but THREE Home Depot employees approach ME to see if I needed help. I will shop at this Home Depot location from now on!

The free delivery signs on appliances costing over $397.00 is NOT TRUE if you purchase an appliance that has a "special price" even when the appliance is with all the other same type of appliances and there is not any indication of a different store policy on "sale" appliances.

Sometimes I wish there were more associates on the sales floor. But as a long time retail person I understand payroll concerns. I sometimes shop around other places but always buy at Home Depot.

Friendly people, very knowledgeable and eager to help. Only once I’ve been to this store that a employee wasn’t as friendly. This store is always clean and organized. There early morning staff is great!!! I prefer this store over other Home Depot stores I’ve been too.

I easily found the items that I was looking for. The shelves are well stocked and the store is always clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Very Good Home Depot. Helpful knowledgeable people. Up too snuff. What one would expect. Nice plant material. So lucky to have bought a fix-up house a couple of miles from Home Depot. It was one of the criteria we gave our Real Estate agent when we searched.

Need an appliance? Todd Martin is the man to see at Home Depot. He was very helpful and his follow through was really appreciated. All the employees at this store have been very friendly and helpful.

This store is the best store ever. I drive all the way from East/West Connector to buy stuff for my new house I just completed. since it was built from the scratch I had to buy everything new, and Mr. Harrison who works at the Washer/Dryer section has helped me anytime. If he does not have an answer to my problem, he will always take me to the person that can help. He took me to Mr. Dough who works with the doors to order my screens. He took me to Jessica to order my refrigerator. They will also deliver your products on time, they will call and email you, they are great. This store is the best. I have shopped at Roswell store, shallowford store, Austell Store, but this location is the very best. Please look for Mr. Harrison. Finally, that complimentary coffee will always make my day. Thank you for all you do. The customer service is great too, you can return your stuff back even without a receipt as long as you used a Credit card, debit card or better still Home Depot card. Don't forget to email the receipt to your email, because that will help for easy returns. But if you are out of all of the above, just go to the store and you will get help. A great place to shop.

This store is clean and easy to find most products or the greeter can tell you where to look, but beyond that trying to track down an employee to get assistance about products is not easy. If you are going to have questions about a product start at the front desk and ask them to have someone meet you there. Inquiry if the employee has ever used the product before for there recommendation to help you make a wise choice, not "we sell a lot of these".

An outstanding experience, again thanks to the staff. Chris, Treana, Tyrone, Todd, Brittany, Lisa, Kendall and others. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented. The store is clean and organized. We found what we needed or were assisted promptly. We will be back.

The old washer finally bit the dust, so glad we met Todd at the Home Depot. We have a new washer on the way with a new hose, three year extended warranty, and the old machine will be hauled away instead of me having to rent a truck. Happy about the entire transaction.
