Stood on RETURN line for 15 minutes while sole cashier struggled to process on-line order. Orange vested workers all around RETURN CENTER, walking in/out, several standing by checkouts gabbing, others aisle walking. No additional help arrived until those in RETURN QUEUE began vocalizing dissatisfaction POOR MANAGEMENT NOT SENDING ASSISTANCE WHILE SOLE CASHIER STRUGGLES

Buying paints there can be the best experience ever! Kristin is amazing and she may give you the sensation plus the wish that everyone in the world IS/COULD BE like her. I would be friends with her!

WE always find what we need and the staff is eager to help. Great Prices, and a Great location.

This particular location of Home Depot has been consistently better than other locations, mainly due to availability of items stocked and great customer service. The employees are ready and willing to assist you.

Veterans should be able to use their I'D to get discount, not an app to track them. Don't use apps on my phone, so I can't get a discount, may decide to shop somewhere else

My wife and I just bought a new house and it needs a lot of work. We've been to this location several times now and are always greeted by someone who asks if they can help with our current project. The people in the paint area taught us a lot about different paints (had no idea you needed a different paint type for the bathroom due to moisture. Thank goodness they told us and asked what room we were painting!) And in in the lumber section the guy who cut the wood for me so I could build my own table was awesome! Asked what I was doing and was very patient as I had lots of different measurements for him for each piece. LOVE this location! great employees!

It is always adds more time to my shopping experience when i have to search for a price that is no where near the item i'm shopping for or even items that catch my eye.

This store is a joke! Don't expect the store to have what they say they have online. After this happening several times, I don't hold my breath anymore.

I have attempted to rent tools on multiple occasions at this store. The one time they actually had the tool I needed they didn't have the pieces required to operate the tool, at my expense!! again I brought this to the attention of management to no avail. I don't understand what has happened to customer service or even getting what was paid for... This makes me sad because this is my home store. This is also a flagship store. If my price is different everytime I go to the register. How can I continue to shop with Home Depot? Then there's paint, because I own a painting company. I'm buying product in a city 2 hours away to find out pricing resets every two years. I've owned a painting company since 1995. I have never heard of anything like this - pricing on a sliding scale?????? Sherwin Williams is a lower price than your products. How can I continue to use them if the pricing resets every two years???? Shame on YOU HOME DEPOT!!! you are killing my small business...

I came in on Saturday looking for an electrical adapter for a soldering iron used to brand our logo on various wood projects. The conversation started with Kevin J. who jumped right on the search. We looked in various places and then Kevin referred the inquiry to Samantha T. The three of us kept looking where we thought it would be and with the use of their electronic devices we found exactly what we were looking for. I was very pleased not to have to go to Wal-Mart.

I have been shopping at this store exclusively for the last 10 years + and I recently went on vacation and when I returned it was a different store Jason the previous manager left and sirrenthia The new store manager immediately began to treat me like dirt because I like to make purchases with cash. I have never been treated so rudely by a Home Depot employee I will not be making any large purchases at this store until she is gone!!

Out of the 4 home depots I can go to from my house, wade green is the best. Its always clean, stocked, and plenty of employees on the floor if you need help... gooooooo HD.....

Been here many times and always find what I need in stock and always some one to help me find it when I walk right by it. The folks here greet you upon entering and make sure you find things you're looking for!

Donna from the Pro Desk rallied 5 guys to help load our truck (we ended up having to make two trips). Hard to get that much assistance at busier times of day. But Pro Desk at this store is always superlative.

I love to shop at this Home Depot store. Always have what I need and more

I bought a display lawnmower for a great price. This store took the time and effort to save the batteries and charger to go with it. So ended up with a really great deal, not like other stores that loose parts and when replacing them cost more than original price. Will have to go back and see what else comes up for sale.

Not a good one the service desk people where more interested in talking to each other than taking care of the customers needs

On two of the last three visits to this store, I was fortunate enough to have your employee, Pablo, assist me. He knows his products and he was so very helpful in determining the status of a discount program. Today, Pablo assisted me again. I wrote a review on a previous visit, but for some reason, he was never recognized. I sincerely hope that he is recognized by his store as a valuable employee.

This location is very clean and neatly stocked. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I want to thank Tyrone in particular who showed great interest in helping us cut our blinds. Really cares about doing his job well. Made our visit so much easier.

Purchased on June 21st. Pleasant experience. Nathan was so knowledgeable and friendly. Set to arrive July 9th. So excited, can’t wait.

I was in need of a new lawnmower. Rob I. went over and above to help me compare the different models. Once the decision was made he pushed my cart, was my cashier, and loaded my car with the help of Kevin B.

This sale required multiple employees and interventions and all aspects were followed up on, communicated, and performed with skill, courtesy, kindness and respect. If this matters to you, I highly recommend you ship the Shiloh Rd Home Depot!
