Dwight, Rich, and Don worked together to convert my tow behind spreader in to a push behind spreader. All were very helpful and interested in accomplishing this task with me. Dwight suggested attaching aluminum poles to push from behind. He then advised me that tool rental may assist with drilling the holes for the poles. Rich did that in tool rental and was willing and friendly to do so. Dwight and Don worked together at the end to choose the right bolts/nuts to attach the aluminum poles to the spreader. All were great, helpful, interested in assisting me, and took nearly an hour of their time to accomplish this task for me. I absolutely love my new push behind spreader and fertilizing my lawn now is so much easier than before. Please commend Dwight, Rich, and Don for going far above and beyond! Dwight, Rich, and Don, thank you very much. David - stopped in a few weeks ago. Please see my picture below.

poor system for having someone come out to measure new storm door

Not a single employee greeted or assisted me at any time or point while I was in the store. Absolutely horrible!!!

I really can't miss the opportunity to tell you what an asset you have in your employee, Jim, at the Millwork desk. We live 3 miles from the Home Depot in Medina, OH. We live almost 12 miles from teh Home Depot in Wadsworth, OH. And we drove to the Wadsworth location just because of Jim. We were in that area one day and decided to stop in to get some information on buying a sliding patio door. Jim was so helpful that when we were ready to buy one the following day we drove all the way to his Home Depot to purchase from him. And we didn't just buy a sliding door, while we were there he helped us with purchasing a new garage door as well. Jim was knowledgable, patient and friendly. I feel like he went out of his way to really personalize our experience and make us feel confident in our decisions. I am so glad we found Jim at the Wadsworth location. He is truly an asset to your store!

I had to pick up some conduit, wiring, and boxes for an electrical project. The gentlemen managing the Electrical isle were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

I do all our big home projects with Home Depot and always go there first when i need anything for my home or garden.

I shop or visit this store at least 3 times a week. Am on First name greeting in the Pro Department. I also buy all plantings and landscape supplies there for my properties.

Very disappointed in this plant

Store is usually very helpfull and friendly. However lately thier seems to be a lack of personnel and many meetings when I have needed help.

I came in to purchase a grease gun and was greeted with several happy employees willing to help and find it.

I bought a ring door security . The first young man who helped me. Well if you can't say anything nice. The training I thought at the time was pretty lax. However the next time i returned for a door mount . Was great so helpfull and even helped me get help to order ship to store.

Paid for flooring and installation. Multiple delayed and not sending the correct product. Installation was never completed and installer forged my signature saying job was completed. Delivered 2 appliances with obvious visual damage. Contacted store and customer service. No resolution.

Tried to purchase online but was not able to get items shipped. I called the store and Melanie was very helpful in taking care of the issue and handled everything

You can find many things from older products that need altered or repaired. New things are are always on display in walking isle to keep you aware of things that may help complete your daily tasks.

I was followed around the store and closely watched at self-checkout, to the point where I had to ask if they wanted to scan my items for me. This behavior made me feel like a suspect rather than a valued customer. I believe in loss prevention, but there’s a fine line between security and prejudice. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable simply for shopping. They occasionally don’t have what I need comma but always try to help me find it or order it for me.

Great place to shop for appliances.

There is always someone to help you while I’m in the store. If they don’t have something, they will help me find it at another store or have it shipped to the store.. It’s always been a good experience!

I went to the Wadsworth store because they had what I was looking for in stock. My local home improvement store, which is your competitor which is much closer, seldom has what I’m looking for in stock and most employees aren’t knowledgeable about the products. The added distance to Wadsworth is worth the drive.

Dewalt 12” sliding miter saw

I had located what I wanted but could reach it.Got an employee to help.Then I needed something else he took me to where it was and got that for me as well. I had a gift card at check out and the young man was there to help.Thank you Wadsworth Home Depot!
