The customer service was very efficient is returning products. The employee in paint went above and beyond in assisting me.

Garden section is hardly staffed to give A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and staff seems uninterested.

Do not think you can get curbside pickup. Despite what your email may say you can not!! They won't answer the phone. I was there an hour 4pm to 5:10 pm on a Saturday and phone was never answered. I kept phone ringing and went to customer service. My 90 pound purchase was there, but grumpy cashier assured me no one would be able to load it in my car. I talked to the manager, but he couldn't help. Finally, someone I knew got someone they knew to load my car. Terrible customer service.!!

So much better than Home Depot in Oxon Hill

I truly appreciated the assistance of the staff in the Paint section of this store. They were ABSOLUTELY wonderful! They were patient and assisted with color matching an item from my home and with choosing the appropriate type of paint needed for my outdoor wood project. I also appreciated the support of the staff at the Self-Checkout area who did a great job with assisting me with completing my purchases.

Customer Service was great!

I visit the Home Depot often. On my latest visit, the associate at online pick-up (Debbie) was extremely helpful and patient in making sure everything was correct before closing the transaction.

The Waldorf store is a little cluttered and disorganized. I don't believe this store has the highest standards of customer service, as reflected by the people they hire. I have had experiences at this store with staff being a little terse. Today, I had the worse experience with a staff member at the paint department being openly disrespectful and rude. If I absolutely have to go to a Home Depot, I may go to Northern VA or some other store in Maryland.

Always have what I need.

This stores employees are absolutely fantastic. During these unprecedented times, they selflessly give the same levels (if not higher) of service. It is always a pleasure to shop there. From the lady outside taking care of the plants, to the department specialist, to the cashiers, my shopping experience is always a good one.

The employees are very patient. I was born with a hearing loss, one of the employees in the hardware store was very patient with me and helped me with prices and get me to understand that. If you have any question or concern or if you can't find something they will help you and it they will sort you toward your location. You know sometimes when you ask a question and you not sure where it is sometimes they would just point a finger and tell you go down or go up, but they don't do that they will walk with you toward that product.

Customer service is very good and knowledgeable about the hardware they sell.

The store was very clean & neatly stocked. The sales associates were helpful & made sure we found all the products we were looking for. I will visit this store in the future & recommend it to my friends & neighbors.

Great place to purchase all your yard supplies. Professional associates and staff. Always helping the customers to load the vehicles. THe store is well organized and excellent lighting between the aisle. The store is well maintain and clean.

The cashier, Sheila, was friendly, kind, and ensured I knew what I was doing when I made my final purchase. Home Depot also had everything I needed for my lawn at a very affordable price!

I showed Timothy my Military ID and He said,"Thank you for your service" and then did not give the military discount and then said I had to go to customer service to get it... Total waste of my time and disrespects the military.

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE MILITARY ID POLICY. I SERVED IN THE ARMY WHICH MY SERVICE SEEMED TO NOT MATTER AT HOME DEPOT. ON MY VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE AND ON MY VA MEDICAL CARD IT SHOWS I AM APART OF THE UNITED STATES MILITARY BRANCH. HOWEVER YOU ONLY ACCEPT IT ON 4TH OF JULY. SOME MILITARY PERSONNEL DO NOT HAVE CAC CARDS. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS POLICY. I DID NOT RECEIVED A DISCOUNT!!!! EMPLOYEES WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT STILL WOULDN'T BEEN NICE TO HAVE A SAVINGS OF SOME SORT ON MY PURCHASE.

They didn"t have what I came for but helped me with a better option. Glen was fantastic with helping me choose a vanity and toilets. Very knowledgeable

Great store to visit with more options than others

Sometimes it is hard to find help from employees. The ones who do help are really nice. Once I had to buy product with ripped box (last one on the shelf)

I like to shop in this store because most things are easy to find. The things that I cannot locate, I can always ask one of the Store Associates, who are always ready to help. The quality of Home Depot is better than most competitive stores, and their prices as well.

Clean organized always friendly

The assistants were very professional and took you to the product/products that you were looking for. I did not receive from anyone an answer of, 'It's down that aile, or I'm not sure, or I don't know... The store was clean, items were professionally stacked, and the whole store smelled as if it was sanitized. All the employees had a smile, and was very friendly.

On 01/07/2020 my sister and I needed help in the Flooring section regarding the availability of a specific tile. A young man named Marco helped us. At some Home Depots you have to chase down help. Marco made himself available and not only answered our questions, but took time to educate us on everything we needed to complete our DIY job: thinset, grout, sealer, a trowel, and float. He was kind, patient, and VERY much appreciated!

Clean store. Well organized. Nice staff. I can get in and out quickly!
