I needed help finding things in the store and loading a hot water heater. All the individual department people helped me a great deal. Picking up the hot water heater, at the undercover loading area, that I noted, was a bit of problem. The young girl whom looked up my order request, gave me such a attitude. I have noted that I will never ask her for help and refuse it if asked.

The help on the floor was noticeably MIA. I realize what is happening with the job market, but where was store management? They should be on the floor with the "all hands on deck" attitude. Store hours should be cut if there aten't enough workers to go adound.

Very happy with the store clerk interaction answering questions in the store and follow-up phone call! Way to go!

I was needing some help in the door department. Needless to say the big middle aged guy at the door desk was rude, Insulting, and zero help. A complete lack of respect. I hope they dont employ that guy further. I sure would t want him representing my business.

This particular crew of employees were friendly, going out of their way to be helpful, knowledgeable about products which was of huge benefit to me.

This store has always exceeded in customer service whether answering a question or offering assistance. The store is neat and clean and someone is always saying Hi. I highly recommend this store.

Had a problem that needed to be resolved at the service desk. Tim and Hanns were very friendly and helpful. They resolved my problem to my complete satisfaction.

I came into the store at 7:30pm on wednesday, july7, to buy 6, 5-gallon tubs of latex-ite 10yr ultra shield asphalt sealer. Katelyn was there to help me all the way through the process. Katelyn directed me to the aisle in the store where the sealer was, she helped me load it onto a cart, she then led me to the paint section of the store where she "shook" each tub to mix the contents, she checked me out and she then helped me load it into my car. Now that IS customer service! Thank you Katelyn!!

Great store, they seem to have everything needed for the handyman as well as those not so handy. They'll come out to your house and put their product. Super friendly employees and never too busy to help those in need. They always have good prices as well as sales to take advantage of.

Steve, in paint, was a big help in giving me tips on prepping to paint interior walls and ceiling. Thanks Steve!

This store is often out of items. It is always blamed on the Covid crisis, but other stores don't have the same problem. Appliance delivery dates are not even close. I was given a run-around when I found out my refrigerator would come 10 days later than promised. I cancelled the order and bought from a more local business and got same day delivery. Also, Home Depot charges $25 for hauling away old appliances, but two other stores do not.

I was happy to see that there were many sales reps on the floor to help the customers. Carolyn assisted me by walking with me to the item I was looking for. It was at the other side of the store. I really appreciated the extra customer service. The garden center at this store is far above other garden centers I have visited. Not only is there a huge selection of various kinds of plants, shrubs and flowers, they all look so healthy!

Not enough employees to help, particularly with skills needed. More people stocking shelves and cleaning than helping customers. I get real tired of the employees that walk past you while turning their head to keep from having eye contact or to give you a chance to ask for help.

They are what makes shopping at HD a great experience every time. It's the people not the products! They couldn't figure how to the bricks I bought on a pallet yet the charged a pallet deposit. After about a 1/2 hour delay they finally got the bricks on a pallet

I sent Leah, my wife, to get some chicken wire allowing me to stay busy in the yard. Associate in gardening was not helpful to Leah but, Tammy the cashier in gardening, was most helpful. Thank you Tammy. Leah came home with the chicken wire and we were able to get our yard work done.

The store is always clean and the help is very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Steven the cashier. He has an awesome way of making everyone feel like we are family.

Friendly employees and well stocked. Nearly every item has a skew code attached. On some items, like the shelf brackets I bought, it takes some time and energy to remove the code tags stuck on the items. They are made to require considerable effort to remove.

had a fleet of people helping pull a bar-b-q still in the box, off the shelf. Jenna in customer service got the ball rolling. she assisted all the way through and was the most help. Jessie, Raz and Rod, all in garden, helped get the bar-b-q off the shelf; it was way up high and they needed to move pallets and then use fork lift to get to it.

Jessica was very helpful in assisting my uncle and myself in getting the carpet the we needed for the 2 bedrooms that we are remodeling. Thank you Jessica!

If Home Depot doesn't have it, you probably don't need it! The store is well stocked, the employees are eager to help, and friendly. I'm constantly amazed at the selection!

Tim in customer service was helpful, patient and polite as I had a lot of small items from electrical department that i had purchased and was now returning.

Very disappointed in the Customer Service and Sales Associates. We were needing help locating a cart to haul our product, all We were told is the carts are out side in the parking lot somewhere so you’ll have to go out and get your own! Products advertised were out of stock and very limited in the ones that were there! Store aisle were cluttered and hard to maneuver cart once we did locate one! Only Associate that seemed to care at all was our Cashier clerk named Juanita, she was only one who made our encounter worthwhile!
