This is for last August 2016. I believe that is the correct date. I had purchased a new LG Dryer & received the wrong one. My husband was having a heart operation and being over wrought with that I was not prepared to deal with this. Your Customer Service Manager, Christine stepped in and made it all perfect. She certainly is an employee that Home Depot should be honored to have. She went above and beyond to make my experience a wonderful one in the end.

I consistently shop at the Warwick Home Depot. I always find what I need, some areas seem a little understaffed when the store is busy, which seems to be the case when I go there. Sometimes it seems like there is only one person working a department and when someone orders a large item it seems to tie up the person for quite awhile. Not picking on the employee, I understand the process. Most of the time if I am not pressed, I take a walk and come back. Sometimes that works. sometimes not, ex: Say in carpet and flooring, windows, doors, Lumber etc. It seems pretty tough for one individual to take care of many customers. But they are always polite about the situation at least in my case, which keeps me coming back, I'm sure some are not as understanding.

My wife and I bought a fixer upper home almost 20 years ago. We have come to home depot for everything since. In the 20 years we have going to this home depot I cannot think of one bad experience. I can remember a lot of great times shopping and talking to staff and employees. There knowledge has never let me down. Fantastic store

I have been struggling with anxiety and needed to come into the store to get something. The employees were so kind and helpful and I was able to get in and out quickly and without panicking specifically because of the kindness and compassion of the employees at this store.

Terrible customer service. Poor/No assistance. Last 4 visits went from bad to worse. They couldn't even find a bath tub that they agreed was in stock. The Lowe's down the street is not great but a lot better than this store!

This is a top notch store. I love the associates. The store manager, John, has been so helpful to me. But I would like to give kudo's to one of your associates. Lisa Sun is such a pleasant and helpful person. She knows what she is talking about. I see her at the Customer Service desk a lot and lately in the Paint Department. She has helped me tremendously with the painting supplies and colors that I need. She gives me helpful tips as well. She has gone out of her way to help me when I need something that is not necessarily in her working area. Lisa is an asset to Home Depot and deserves recognition. Thank you......

After purchasing paint at your store that did not work for our project, I had called what I thought was your store to speak with management to return the paint. When I arrived I explained to Susan I called the store, spoke with a manager and was told to tell them Vic approved it. Well - google must have given me the phone number to Lowes. I dialed and knowing I wouldn't get a human I put my phone on my work bench and then pressed 0 and then put it on speaker phone missing the initial intro. I asked to speak to a manager and explained to them I bought this particular product and it didn't cover even after following the instructions and video on the Behr website. It was about a 30 minute phone call between conversing and hold time and I was told to bring the paint back. I guess the Lowes manager didn't know they don't sell Behr... Anyway Susan sorted the mess out for me and was able to get the OK to return the paint. She was sweet and friendly the whole time even when I was flustered because I KNEW I had called and spoke with someone! She sent us over to Bob in paint who was a wealth of knowledge. He went over the right paint we should get, how to apply it and the whole process. Though the original paint we purchased (which was NOT recomended by Bob as he was not there the day we bought it) was a massive inconvenience, it could have been a disaster without Susan and Bob.

I like shopping at this store because all sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful, and prices are reasonable.

Great help at this store. Everything you need is available. The staff is extremely helpful especially Suzanne. Robin B. at returns is super nice as well.

Store is always clean, well stocked. Customer service is top notch and never disappoints!

The cashier Sylvia down at the contractor area is great!!! Always greets you with a smile!!!

Costumer support is excellent and very, very friendly.

Convenient Location

We had a wonderful shopping experience in the Warwick Store on Sunday during a snow storm. Not only was the store well-stocked and organized, but a sales associate named Kiel Dailey really went out of his way to help us in our search for flooring and lighting, and due to his expertise, knowledge and genuine interest in helping his customers, we were able to find everything we were looking for, and left very satisfied!

Anyone who ever needs flooring assistance would be insane to not request working with Kiel. He is by far the best employee that I have ever worked with at any store ever. I have a feeling that he is what employees used to be like when my father (70 y.o.) was a kid, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful to the extreme.

This store is heavily used in Kent County. Sometimes, the store gets low in inventory because things go so fast. Also, I would love to see the digital finder system in RI.

Love shopping this store always have what I need at a fair price and quantity. The Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. If I can't find something , there is always some to help or guide me in the right direction.

Very helpfull crew.

I am a general contractor and perform a variety of home additions and repairs. I have been purchasing my supplies from home depot for years, as there is a great selection of materials and friendly and knowledgeable staff. On my last visit to Home Depot I needed to purchase a miter saw and several gallons of paint. I went to the paint desk and asked the associate for help. He put up his pointer finger, pointed at me and simply said "wait"! This is extremely rude and unacceptable behavior from an employee to a paying customer looking to buy paint. I was upset, but I waited because I needed paint. Several more minutes of waiting passed, and the employee did not stop entering information into his computer, continuing to ignore me. I then asked him again to help me and he continued to ignore me! I am a business owner and if I had an employee do this he would be fired on the spot, this is not how you treat customers. This employee clearly did not like his job and did not want to be here. I turned around and walked out, got in my car and went to another home improvement store. I purchased 15 gallons of paint from that store and the associate there was very friendly and actually helped me put the paint in my truck. I will no longer buy paint from Home Depot because of this, and I hope in the future the employees are a little nicer to customers. Home depot just lost my business.

Great store and amazing pro desk.

I love shopping this Home Depot, the employees have always been helpful, polite and understanding. I always get the help I need when asking specific questions, if one doesn't have an answer they lead you to someone who does. The products are of good quality and durability. I love the Husky and Rigid brands. I use to be a Craftsman only guy. But if you look in my tool shed now. I have a lot of Husky and Rigid brand tools. Its my favorite shopping store, never pushy help, but always courteous employees.
