Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Spring Black Friday deals at The Home Depot?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on home decor and bath goods, including bathroom vanities. Proper storage and organization gives you spring cleaning freshness all year, and a new ceiling fan keeps air moving in your home as temps rise. Now is the time to start DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. You can embrace energy-efficient living with updated appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Make certain your home is ready for spring temperature changes by replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If moisture freezes in the crevices, you could be looking at trouble. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water seep in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to snow and ice storms. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Do I need a generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
