Had no problems at all was fast and easy. Will definitely come back.

I was completely frustrated with purchasing ceramic tiles and spoke with a clerk who quickly sent over a clerk who had all the info I needed and I was very happy with my purchase and with the service. The store is clean and well organized and the assoc. have always been helpful and friendly Shop there often and will continue to do so.

Helpful associates but do not like self checkout. The store was clean and items easily accessible. Though there were a lot of cashiers I have found other stores without enough

I received excellent customer service and was pleased with the availability of the items iwas looking for.I found the store very clean, well lit and organized. I no longer run from store to store looking for anything I need I now head on over to Homedepot knowing that what I need is always avalable

The Waterville Store is located at the end of Waterville Commons Drive. Parking the car is so easy in the spacious parking lot adjacent to the store. My mission to find and purchase several U.S. flags for home and garden use was cut short when I spied the display of U.S. flags near the front entrance. I checked out with the very efficient and friendly sales clerk. This shopping foray took all of ten minutes.

The store in Waterville, ME is great! The associates are super nice and very attentive. I always find something cool in the displays and they always seem to have sales on stuff I need. I always use this store when ever I need something for the house or camper. There outdoor section is second to none and they have the best availability of grills and power equipment of any other store I have been to. In short I highly recommend this store due the good people and good deals!

Home Depot in maine is far superior to their sister stores in the south associates are better versed in the product line and far more helpful I used to go only to Lowes when I lived in Oklahoma due to better service but in maine it is the exact opposite I get excellent service in home depot and less then poor service in lowes

I love how i can go to the store and describe what my husband sent me for using words like thingmajig and dohicky or whatchamacolic and the sales person knows right away.they will fill my list for me and never make a mistake. a good store to shop in.

I used my mobile app. Before coming to the store ,found what I wanted and saved it to my phone.when I got to the store an employee came right to me to see if I needed help. I showed her the saved product on my phone,she took me right to the isle where it was located ,asked if I needed any thing else..went to the register and ckecked me out...I usually send my boyfriend for things because I am always afraid I will get the wrong item..with the mobile app and helpful employees ,I can do it myself...

I was able to quickly find the products I needed, and was able to assist on a sale as I had purchase the same product the year before and was completed satisfied with it. The item was a Ryobi battery operated weed wacker.

I Always go to this home depot. I find what I am looking for usually quite quickly, but I can always rely on someone asking if I need help.

Doing a remodel so we need different items, one associate was able to help us with everything.

On Sat., May 16, my husband and I went to Home Depot to purchase 3 overhead lights. While the lights that we initially wanted to purchase were out of stock, the sales associate directed us to the LED lights. After discussing the advantages of the LED lights vs other lights, we decided to go with those lights. In the end, we were happier with what we left with vs what we initially had intended to purchase. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable, didn't rush us, and was very pleasant. This visit, along with the numerous previous positive experiences, are the reasons we keep returning to Home Depot (the Waterville Store).

Prices are not great and the sale taxes are way to high (Maine). It's all we have in our area, so we shop for the convenience.

I wanted to buy a grill that was displayed out in front of the store. All I had to do was walk in to Customer Service, they rang me up and once I got back outside an associate was waiting for me and loaded the grill into my truck. Excellent customer service and the price was right, too.

In the past it was difficult to get help from an associate. Now they are more apt to come up to you and ask you if you need help and when you do they seem to either know or know who does know. When it's the latter they help you find that person.

I purchased 58 bundles of shingles along with nails for the roofing job at my home. A fairly large purchase, and the associate was especially helpful with suggestions that I took advantage of. His name Steve O, stayed with me during the process including loading the truck.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. The staff is always helpful and the store is neat and easy to find what I'm looking for. The prices are great and I can't say enough great things about this store! Keep up the awesome work everyone!! If anyone says anything bad about this store or the staff I say let them pound salt.

This trip I needed help in lumber, roofing, hardware and plumbing. Not only was there a helpful associate in each aisle I was greeted and asked if I needed help by 3 more associates. The customer service in this store is unbelievable. This store's associates could be a role model for the staff of other stores.
