Store was a good Home Depot, tested and true, always reliable. However what really ensured that I would return was the Customer Service I received from a young male employee named Prince in the Painting Department. He was a subject matter expert on all questions and products, which was no easy task as I was working on 3 different projects, 2 of them being my first attempt with the specific painting technique. He was so eager to help, motivated and just a joy to have assist me. Prince, you knocked it out of the park, and I’ll be sure to come back because of you!! Thank you!

poor customer service.

This is my favorite store. I have gotten to know many of the associates here over the past 9 years of going here. Have a building question. Ask Pat at the pro desk. Returns see Karen S. Is the most effective cashier at returns. She is very quick and understanding. Managers are great too.

because you are in my community i choose to come here. however its hard to find someone to help me find what i need and i end up leaving after 15- 20 minutes alot to go to a nearby competitor. the competitor hires older folks who are readily available to help and do it with a smile. i shop during the day and sometimes evenings if i can't get there earlier. On an upbeat note, Prince in painting does a fabulous job and is ALWAYS available when working to help and make sure i am purchasing the right material for my project. he is REALLY an awesome young man to work with and i keep coming back for paint because of him. This young man is a HUGE asset to your business and you want to ensure that you keep him happy and well paid so he continues to work there and provide that top notch customer service he has been giving the community shoppers. Thanks again for your awesome service Prince!

Took so long to get help loading a compressor into truck that I went to customer service and got my money back and went somewhere else. The compressor required a forklift.

If your in a rush and need to find a product fast, there is always a friendly employee there to help you find whatever you're looking for. With a wider selection of products than most other stores and wide clean isles to walk through, its easy to look for and find the items you want without bumping into other customers. The prices are always reasonable and that's especially great for the times when you come across those special items you needed but didn't expect to find there and did. Whatever you need for your Home you'll find at the Depot.

this is my favorite home depot store. I can quickly run in and out and get what I want with help must of the time.

There is NO one to help you look for items and cashiers are not on hand, this time one lane open and store was packed!

Bought and had a washing machine installed. We went to use it for the first time and it didn’t work. The store is unable and unwilling to help us. They will not take the machine back or give us one that works. We have to go through the manufacture warranty, which would be fine if this wasn’t straight out of the box new. Horrible waste of time and energy in something that should have been easy and we now will be without a working machine for much longer than needed.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this particular Home Depot since I purchased my home about 14 years ago. I appreciate the great customer service and the fact that store employees will take the time to assist me with my needs and not just tell me that something I am looking for is OVER THERE. I also have a Home Depot credit card and I appreciate that most of my projects have been purchased at a 0% interest rate, which makes it a little more affordable for the frequent customer.

I came in to find shelves for closets. I almost feel guilty about the attention I received. Whatever this store is doing, they are doing it right! Got exactly what I needed at a great price. Very great full to the staff for all of their help, they made my project easy and they were fun to work with. Other HD are good, but this one is GREAT!

This is a great store. Extremely helpful clerks in the flooring, window covering department. Ordered blinds for 4 rooms in our home and it was a great experience. They also ALWAYS try to find the best prices for you!

This store is a step ahead of the others in the area. They have a very helpful staff that seem to always aim to please. The store is well organized and well stocked.
