Service staff at Returns Counter and Checkout were lazy, focused on talking with each other, made limited eye contact, and had no sense of urgency. Staff in shelf areas were excellent and knowledgeable. I will avoid this store in the future.

Had a great experience at this home Depot, employees were very welcoming and made sure all my questions was asked and guided me to the area to find a product that I had came in to purchase. Buggies were available to use the store looked clean and everyone was very helpful I would definitely recommend this home Depot to family and friends.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I have to recognize the exceptional customer service I received at the Wauwatosa, in the flooring dept. The young lady who assisted me, Dayviona, did an outstanding job from start to finish. She made sure I found exactly what I needed for my floors, guided me through ordering the product online, and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Her expertise, professionalism, and genuine concern made me feel confident that I was selecting the right product for my home. It's been a long time since I've experienced customer like this, and she truly deserves recognition!

My wife and I purchased LVP flooring from the Home Depot on 124th and Capitol in Wauwatosa. Our Salesperson was Mable. She very knowledgeable and professional and it was a pleasure doing business her. if you're ever in the area looking for flooring this is the store and Mabel is the person to ask for!

Two girls in paint. Just talking. So much make up and hair done, but they won’t help. Hire someone that wants to earn their money.

Bagged mulch has white stuff in it (mold or fungus). It’s been sitting outside in the elements for months now, so I should have expected that. Went to return it and the manager was professional and super helpful. I would return to this store just from this interaction.

Store is becoming a cluttered dirty mess with for the most part are to busy on their personal cell phone to help you. Shop Waukesha you'll be glad you did.
