Employees see customer coming and dodge into an isle so they don't have to help them.

Every time I visit this store, I can find the products I was looking for easily. The employees are diligent giving service, but they most be retrained to be more friendly with the customers. The aspect of the store is in general clean, but it can be improve.

This will be the only Home Depot that I go to because of the amazing staff and great customer service!

The associates in the Appliance department are great! Larry in particular is a big help and a great guy!!

The manager Justin helped us out tendentiously! We accidentally purchased the wrong product and he refunded our account and made sure we received the promotional discount with our re-purchase of the right product. I was about to cry if he had not returned the costly item. Also, we drive over ten miles to shop at this store for the past two years due to service, product availability, and professional customer knowledge and service.

the store only had one checkout open in the contractor's area and a very very long line with big carts filled no other checkouts open except self checkout and garden all with lines employees seem to be constantly on the move several asked if i needed help others seemed to be avoiding customers some know me by name i'm there a lot i prefer home depot it is my go to place

I normally don't take the time to write a review but after the service I received today and the impression Ester the cashier made upon me I had to. I would wait in line just to have her check me out. What a blessing she is to all.

The saleswoman Linda who worked in Appliances did a amazing job helping my husband and I pick out a new Refrigerator, she was very patient, knew what she was talking about, took her time and wasn't pushy at all. She listened and was informative about anything I asked...she was definitely a asset to your store. Give that Girl a raise! She deserves one..

We always shop the Waxahachie Home Depot over any other home improvement stores. We always find what we need, with or without, a sales associates help. We try to do the self check out just because it's very convenient. Our latest trip was two days ago and your associate, Ester, working in the self check lanes was very helpful and attentive. All self check lanes were occupied and she gladly helped each customer in need. Ester was very friendly and definitely made our shopping experience nice and quick.

This store is very clean and organized. Employees are willing to help customers find what they are looking for. We are so glad this store is the closest to us. They all are doing a great job!

Don't get in Robin's line at the pro desk unless you want to hear her life story and whoever the customer was in front of me. At least 25 minutes. Not exaggerating! Only to be sent to customer service to have computer problems to be sent back to other end to pick up my order but management doesn't trust their own employees with key to storage area so another 20 minute wait. Ridiculous.

The Store was above average in layout and convenience! What keeps me coming back is the helpful and pleasant interaction with the Employees!

Sales personnel at the Waxahachie Home Depot are knowledgeable and ensure a successful purchase. I am a 67 year old female disabled veteran with arthritis issues and a limited income. Sales personnel have helped me select the best lawn equipment for my new home so I can mow, edge, and blow away grass clippings on my own. All of my lawn equipment is by Ryobi and is battery operated. Since I belong to a home owner's association my yard must conform to their standards.

The team at the pro desk will do everything in their power to get your order done with alacrity and they check it out to make sure it is correct before they ship it to your location. And they do this with a smile on their face even though they are ALWAYS being bugged by customers such as myself. They need more employees like the pro team in every Home Depot. I BELIEVE ITS DURING A WARRANTY OR RETURN WHEN YOU SEE IF THE STAFF ARE GENUINELY COMMITED TO HELPING CUSTOMERS. Everyone was so sweet to help me. I do not know a lot home improvement but they were so sweet to help me.

You don't have to wander around in search of something. The employees noticed me searching and asked how they could help. They seemed to take a personal interest to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my shopping experience.
