Paint department associate was very helpful and curteous

Had everything i needed. I didn't have to wait at checkout. A good experience.

Had the items that I was looking for along with some optional items.

I am finishing up a home for my daughter. Home Depot has provided a lot of the materials and I've saved thousands of dollars because of the 10% discount they offer military veterans. I'm glad Wenatchee has a Home Depot. It's a great resource for a do-it-yourselfer like me.

Clean store, associates available and willing to answer questions and help. Quick check-out and help loading. Quick,easy and friendly environment!

Went in to buy a refrigerator and within 50 minutes I had one picked out, credit application was quick and easy, delivery set up all within 1 hour. The store associate Denise was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely do business with this store again. Thank You Home Depot for making my stressful situation with my refrigerator going out into a pleasant shopping experience at a reasonable price.

I like shopping at Wenatchee's Home Depot. The associates are always courteous, available and willing to help. They will ask if you need help, not just pass you by.

On our visit to the store for floor tile we were met by Julie. She was very helpful with trying to find product to meet the ideas we had for our entry way.

The employees at the Wenatchee Home Depot, are the best. Customer service is second to none.

Everytime I visit the Wenatchee, WA location we get a friendly greeting, associates through out the store ask if I am finding things that I need. The associates make shopping at Home Depot a possible addiction. I prefer shopping at Home Depot because it allows me to do projects for myself as well for my honey do list for my husband, Rob.

I went in to purchase a few things for a home project. I was able to get lumber and other material quickly and efficiently. I will certainly return for more.

When I needed help finding a product the associates were knowledgeable and friendly. I got what I needed quickly. I like the prices, too, which is why I was there in the first place.

I was greeted at the entrance and ask if I needed any assistance in locating any items; I was taken to the plumbing section and introduced to the plumbing pro on duty who was knowledgeable and helpful and showed me the proper copper pipping I needed for my home job,; additionally, he offer to assist me to the cashier since I had my hands full.

Associate was very helpful explaining the paint sale that was in progress; including the rebate.

Was in and out quickly and got everything I needed in one stop!

I am becoming familiar with the layout of HD, which is very important to me. Being able to find things without having to go find an associate is a real time saver. I shopped Menards for many years before moving out West; I knew exactly where to find nearly everything because I was familiar with the layout. I am now shopping at Home Depot, and am learning (slowly) where things are located. I only wish the stores were more standardized as to layout. I am not yet comfortable with the building materials area; how to get large items out of the store, etc. It seems I need more help in doing this at HD than at Menards. Overall I am very satisfied with Home Depot.

Whenever I go into the Wenatchee Home Depot the associates are always ready to help in any department I'm in. I love that let me shop and think about what I want and always check-in from time to time to see if I need help with decision making. Never disappointed when I go to my local Home Depot. Since the purchase of my new house, I've painted, re-done my yard, and now hanging new blinds. A little at a time it's all getting done with the help of my Home Depot store!

I really appreciate such great customer service. I will return for more products because of his friendly, expert help. Denise was awesome too! Thank you!

THE EMPLOYEES I DELT WITH TODAY WERE VERY LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNEDUCATED WITH STANDARD SHELF ITEMS. I ORDERED 100 BRICKS. THEY WERE PUSHED OUT TO THE FLOOR & NO ONE NOTIFIED ME THAT MY ORDER WAS READY. NOR DID ANYONE HELP LOAD THEM INTO MY TRUCK. I HAD GRABBED A PALLET AND BEGAN LOADING IT BEFORE A NICE MAN STARTED HELPING. AND EVEN HE WAS DISAPPOINTED IN HIS FELLOW EMPLOYEES THAT THEY TREATED ME IN SUCH A MANNER.

The associate (leslie) in the paint department was wonderful. We also spent some time in the outdoor section and found a patio table that we liked. We also went through the flooring section and found some floor tile that may work in our kitchen remodel. We purchased one piece to take home to study the contrast and effects it will have in the kitchen. Now it is a matter of moving ahead with a purchase later.

John was my associate who handled all my questions about 2 sheets of plywood I required for my project. I need the sheets, if possible, to be ripped to precisely. That was exactly I got! Quite amazing really. I feel it is because of two things this happened. The associate cared to precisely set and make sure of his saw's location. Second, the tool has been maintained properly by management to make sure it is kept in good working order, since it is frequently used. My sheets were cut to NET size. That is within 0.03" of requirement, and that is something for sixteen feet of sheet goods.
