"I visited this store intending to purchase plant soil but was pleasantly surprised to find a selection of exotic plants on sale. While I initially planned to buy just one, I was tempted to get two after seeing the beautiful variety available. During my visit, I came across some Calathea plants that were incorrectly priced at a lower amount than expected. Despite this, the associates went above and beyond to assist me. Every team member I encountered was not only helpful but also incredibly pleasant, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Their exceptional customer service truly made a difference, and I will definitely be returning!"

Feels like home when everyone in this store greets you.. I love their attitudes

This store is not the same. I've live here and shopped at this home depot for awhile, I see a lot of old faces and a lot of new faces, but the feeling I get now when I shop is like im walking into a families home. Everyone says hi, and actually spends time talking to me and helping me. This store was not like that. You have a manager Jered that seems to just come out of nowhere and can fix things at the returns desk, a guy in lumber in the morning that helps me, and I never asked. Smiles from everyone a lot of times I come in. What ever happened at this store, please do that to all your stores.

Overall the store is great. It's just this experience with the storm door installation that has not been so great.

With help, I located the item I was looking for, and then on my way! I did not want to browse, just ready to buy.

Just needed a 24” piece of cable and there was no way to cut it. At one time I had 3 employees trying to help me and we eventually went to the hand tools section and opened a tool that would cut a 1/16 cable.

I decided to buy a sawsall. I decided on the second level Milwaukee. The employee check his app.and said there were three in stock. After a great deal of searching none of these were found. The employee sold the best Milwaukee saws all to me for the price of the second best, saving me eighty dollars. Thank you Home Depot.

West Cobb Home Depot has great and well knowledgeable employees. Friendly staff and always a clean store.

There are actually four Home Depot stores within 10 miles of me but the West Cobb store always has whatever we need, are always friendly, professional and seem to appreciate it's customers.

Every Time I go the the Cobb HD location I am helped with enthusiasm by employees who actually like their job. Gives the interaction an upbeat, quality experience that they care about me, themselves, and the company they represent.

The employee was of great assistance and made sure that I had all of the necessary equipment. In addition, explained fully the most effective power for my yard.

We typically always shop at this Home Depot for our home repairs and improvements. The most recent home improvement involves buying new shades. We purchased Levelor and are very satisfied with the quality and ease of installment, which we did ourselves.

I needed a spark plug for my Tiller and it was easily found and my Tiller works well again.

Conveniently located. Employees are always helpful & pleasant. Store usually has whatever my home improvement project needs. And sometimes it's something as simple as duplicating keys.

Gloria runs the kids workshops and is fabulous! She makes us feel welcome and remembers my daughter each month.

What happened to customer service at the Home Depot????? Most of your employees at West Cobb. Don’t care if they sell anything. They’re too busy with a lot of other things. Send a secret shopper in there to each one of your departments and you’ll find out what’s going on.

At every store do you see an employee working in a department. The only two I have seen is in the paint and a cashier in the garden department. If you need help you spend 15 or more minutes looking for someone.

Love the fan , so far, with one little issue: droning hum at the lowest speed. Otherwise, it’s very nice. Not too heavy. Moves a pretty impressive amount of air. Pretty efficient on the battery and can be plugged into ac outlet with an extension cord.

Gloria quickly greeted me in the cleaning supplies area and spent 20-30 minutes finding the Swiffer items that ended up in 3 parts of the store. Linda who was overseeing the self checkout was friendly and didn’t blink an eye when I asked her to scan my buggy full of stuff.

Amari was understanding, caring and persistent in solving a delivery problem. He was very sympathetic and accommodating. He should be rewarded.

I like Home Depot for many reasons, but I love this location because it always has everything I need, and I'm accustomed to the store's layout. I can always find an abundance of whatever I'm looking for.

I’ve always shopped at this location. It’s close to my home. It’s always neat and clean. All the employees are nice and greet me and always ask if they can help me with anything. I love shopping here.

Always clean sales floor,bathrooms need attention. Grest employees. I prefer this hone depot over others in area.

I was shopping for a new refrigerator, just to see what my options were. Was greeted by Derrell Gann, he was wonderful. Knowledgeable and most important very patient. Will definitely come back to purchase from him!
