At the conclusion of my purchase yesterday at the W. Cobb Store (#153), I was told that HD had discontinued the 5% discount for paying with the HD Credit Card. I am not happy! The only reason I took the card was to get the discount. I have been an extremely loyal HD Customer for many years and have shopped at this particular store since it opened and know many of the associates by name. I have spent a lot of money at HD over the years and deserve this discount. I am very upset that you have discontinued this discount; so much so that I intend to buy what I can from Amazon and Lowes (and I detest Lowes!). I know that I am only one customer and you probably don't care, but at least you have lost a very loyal customer. And, I will be cancelling the HD Credit Card.

Store was clean and well organized, store associate located an item I was looking for that was not on the shelf, didn't have to go anywhere else to purchase item, thanks to very professional help inside the store.

I had a good experience with the paint department and the clerk at checkout was very friendly.

The past couple of months, I have had been in the process of having Home Depot update my kitchen. The task detailed removing all kitchen cabinets, installing new cabinets, cutting down and removal of upper portion of kitchen bar to create a sleek and modern appearance, installation of new quartz countertops, farm sink, subway tiles and stove vent--all stainless steel creating a modern, clean design. I also purchased and had installed ten doors to modernize the appearance. During this time, I have met with the school's manager who was most professional as well as worked closely with the Project Manager and kitchen designer.

I've been to this location several times in the past few weeks and from Christmas decorations, electrical tools, door and window casings and more, they have had what I needed. If they don't have it they can get it... just ask one of their awesome associates! thanks THD!

I went to the store to show a friend some options to finish a kitchen project by using wood to trim the gaps in the drywall next to her counters (her contractor had the counters installed before the drywall was repaired and the counters are now flush to the walls including a double square corner). I showed her options of using select pine to cover all the gaps vs. wood or PVC moldings. She was very happy to have other options to complete the finish work that would not entail drywall dust. While there I wandered through the doors - I am remodeling my 53 year old house which appears to have been remodeled in the mid-80's with six-panel hollow core doors with the heavy faux grain (uhg). An associate showed me options in solid wood. I am very excited as I had only looked at the samples on display not aware that I could have every sample made is solid wood (I chose the oak). Also, there were styles available that were not on display. So happy with the options!!

I came in a bit later in the day when most of the associates were busy cleaning up for the night. This would explain why it took me a while to find an associate in Hardware to assist me in choosing a product. Usually, I am asked "How can I help you" by more associates than I can count and I have to keep them at bay with my invisible bat. Anyhow, once I found an associate, he was EXTREMELY helpful in me choosing the right screws and drywall anchors for my Rubbermaid Fasttrack project.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE YOUG LADY AT THE RETURN COUNTER, SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME. EVEN WANTED TO USE AN UMBRELLA TO TAKE ME TO THE TRUCK SO MY PRODUCT WOULD NOT GET WET. I FOR GET HER NAME, SHE HAD BLACK BOOTS ON WITH LEATHERING AT THE BACK. VERY, VERY HELPFUL AND CARING YOUG LADY. HOME DEPOT MUST KEEP HER

The staff at this store is outstanding. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am always able to find everything that I need and I also find new items in the store all the time. I also love how I can use the website to figure out which isle to go to for different items I find online. Everything about the experience has always been wonderful. We will keep shopping here as long as we are in this area. Awesome store.

I knew exactly what I wanted and all I had to do was find it. It was an extra battery for a RIDGID power tool. I walked down two power tool aisles before I found the batteries. Once I found it, I used the self-check out. I was in and out within about 7 to 8 minutes. I didn't need to speak to any associates nor was I asked if I needed help.

The store was clean and the people very helpful. They require to much information on these ratings,

needed help in plumbing to hook up a dishwasher supply line could not find what I needed. An associate was called waited for 10 minutes no help. Decided to go to appliances and look an I found what I needed went to check out never did see my help.

Everyone at this store is helpful and always pleasant to deal with. When ever I have any questions someone will always make themselves available to assist.

I have had some plumbing experience for years on home DIY improvement projects. Over the holidays I decided it was time to replace the 30-year old polybutylene pipe in our house. Sam (Plumbing H/D Associated) was and continues to be a great asset in helping me select the best fittings and methods for converting to CPVC piping.

Looking to replace dishwasher. Sales Associates was very helpful explaining differences between Kitchenaid models

My wife was shopping for a clothes washer. Mike Rubin was the most knowledgeable salesman of all in all the stores we visited

Positive experience from finding product to checkout

I had a very small purchase but I couldn't locate what I needed so I asked and was given directions right where it was. There was an associate in the area and even though it wasn't his department he was very helpful helping me pick out the right product. The check out was flat out a hoot. The cashier Tanya was very funny with the customers ahead of me and stayed the same with me. Just a nice was to start my day.

Everyone is always willing to help find items in the store!!

I had a question that went across several areas of expertise and EVERYONE got involved in helping me. Thanks team!

Stopped by after work to pick up a few things, some of which were large and heavy. As I was walking to my car with my cart a store associate saw me and asked if he could help me load my car. It was a welcomed help since some of the things I had purchased weighted 30+ lbs each.

Everyone at this store is always very helpful and provides excellent Customer Service

The store is always very clean. Just sometimes hard to find an associate or an item.

As usual, there was someone around for any kind of help. I have never encountered an associate who wasn't friendly and so willing to help me. Also, they are familiar with where items are located. I have no trouble in saying that each associate goes above and beyond their duties for me. I am able to maneuver through the aisles quickly and get assistance if I can't reach an item. Overall, the consistency of this store makes me go back. It's like a dependable friend.

I have performed several home projects and the associates in Windows and in Floors have been extremely helpful.

Home Depot is my favorite place to shop. I can get "lost" for hours, just walking around, looking at all the different products, planning my next DIY project!
