Great associate help from the paint department and tool rental department. The other HD rental departments had the square floor sander that I wanted to rent but all of the dust skirts were broken or missing. Dallas hwy HD keeps theirs in great shape. AAA+++

Manager John Lipellt, Cindy Lashonta, Stella in flooring, Gloria who helped assisting with a floor rep, and all others that I came in touch with. Esp Travis in gardening. They were all courteous and helpful in me making some major purchases.

Great customer service. Cindy was awesome and very helpful.

The paint person assisting us was very knowledgeable in getting what I wanted. As a picky person she heard what I wanted and found solutions that would suit my needs! So thankful!

Cynthia was extremely helpful and was able to find the product I was looking for. She went totally out of her way to finalize the sale. If you can find more like her, do so.

I frequent the Home Depot in West Cobb almost weekly. The staff is remarkable and always willing to help with a smile. This store is a one stop shop where 9.5 times out of 10 I can find exactly what I am looking for. Keep doing what you do best!

Bought a slide in range/oven for a house I am rehabbing at a great price and the associate that assisted me was friendly, had a sense of humor and got me checked out and on the road quickly. Great experience.

The best staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Everytime I visit this home depot I'm always treated. Some have even gotten to know us and always make a point to say hi and ask what they can help us with todsay. They are all knowledgable and are willing to help. Julian and the hardware team are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They also go out of their way to helpnus and joke around with us evrrytime we walk in. Sam in plumbing is very knowledgeable and always knows what to do and helps give us advice on projects. The girls in paint are very friendly and always go out of their way to say hi and ask what they can help us with. My husband and I go out of our way to go specifically to this home depot. The customer service is over the top at this location. I recommend this home depot to anyone and everyone. Even my parents love coming to this one and wish they could have the staff move to their va home depot. By far this is the best home depot in the Atlanta area! Thank you all for being so amazing!!!

I have been in this store a few times and could find item asked for help got no satisfaction had to go find item myself took to much time.

The male toilet is not clean. Home Depot should use their cleaning products and air refresher to make the the cleaner and to smell fresh. Their male toilet is smelling raw and offensive.

The sales associates were very outgoing and wanted to accommodate us when we entered the store.

it took too long to get an associate to get the product we wanted (a gas stove), then the assoc left the stove in the middle of the store and never came back to tell us it was ready, another assoc told us where it was at (aisle 8) we took it to the cashier, pd for it and requested help to load it, assoc showed up, looked and saw it was a stove, stated those things are heavy, left said he had to go talk w/someone at the straw trailer, never saw him again, another cust. helped load the stove. will never shop this store again.

Mark Funk assisted me with installing a part I had purchased at Home Depot, on a lamp. He accepted no gratuity and was extremely helpful.

I worked for Lowe's for several years (enjoyed it!) yet I still prefer to shop at Home Depot. The pricing is better and it's a pleasant shopping experience every time.

The facility is always clean, neat & well maintained, including the parking lot. I appreciate the manner in which the store maintains over-all continuity of product organization while simultaneously expanding the selection and types of products. These factors all contribute to a friendly environment, with staff and customers treating each other with mutual respect.

This home depot was extremely helpful. The last thing I wanted to do was go to home depot with my husband and take half the day looking things. First, we needed help in the fan section, and immediately got help from an associate who showed us where the fan was located. Next, in the carpet section, we asked an associate to help us find a couple of particular carpet samples. He got us in and out with our samples, very pleased. Finally, we walked to the appliances and was helped immediately. The associate checked us out and even congratulated us on our soon to be new addition. Great experience!

Needed some toilet parts 10 minutes before closing time. Associate pointed us in the right direction and we were able to get what we needed in mere minutes!

Tanya was my cashier during this visit to your store and made my day with her delightful personality. It is always great to walk out of a store with a smile on your face where there wasn't one prior. That is something that is getting harder and harder to come by these days.
