Poor service. Extremely. And don't bother asking for managerial assistance. They are either 'unavailable' or at least 15 minutes from getting to you. My advice: Choose a different store.

Appliance delivery service they use is terrible! On the second delivery date (first time they brought a damaged unit) they just didn't show up as scheduled, and no one called. When I went to the store to get the purchase cancelled, I was sent by service desk person to appliances, and the woman in the appliance dept. sent me back to the service desk and acted like I was bothering her.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened more than a decade ago and have never been disappointed in its products, service or professional behavior of its associates. They usually have what I need and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

I made a purchase of a Hampton Bay Lyndhurst ceiling fan. Fan was very easy to install, and directions were very well explained. I would definitely recommend this model fan.

Very knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the 3 employees, 2 in pesticides and the greeter who kindly got me a cart, but kudos for being there to help.

I have never been treated with so much importance in any store other than Home Deport. People are gracious, doing everything in their power to help you. I always find what I am looking for at Home Depot, never walk out empty handed.

I live about 5 miles from this store and have bought 98% of my needs in all departments for 30 years. I have never found that an item was out-of-stock or discontinued and I have been 100% satisfied in every facet of every shopping trip there. I have also used the HD's contracting services for my bathrooms' overhaul, and for the supplying and installation of a new custom front door and side window combination.

STORE MANAGER was willing to help get another order reorder (vanity) that was somehow sold to another customer or never found . The manager was on top of things. He did what he promise.

This store has excellent customer service and employees like Susette are the reason I shop here. A big thank you to all the people who go the extra mile to make shopping at this Home Depot a pleasure.

Employee David Ravenscraft (Store 0153 Dept D28) was very helpful and professional in my needs. Made my purchase of an expensive log splitter was made fast and easy. Thanks David, you give Home Depot a good name.

The store is typical of homedepot with layout and ease to find things. The parking lot entrance design was poorly thought out and generally leads almost all drivers toward the front of the store where customers are entering and exiting. I have also experience where vehicle have been backed up, in that same lane of travel, because other vehicle were backed up in the garden area attempting to pickup large garden items from the area where they store such things. I find the employee eagerly willing to help customers;A big Plus! I went to purchase a refrigerator there last week after finding it on the homedepot website, but found they did not have it on display or in stock at the store. Since I could not see it, I went to their competitor, found it on display, in stock and purchased it. The delivery date of the competitor was also quicker than homedepot offered. Having said that, apparently homedepot and the competitor use the same contracted delivery company. I learned from the delivery personnel that homedepot inspects their items for damage prior to delivery; the competitor does not. Mmm . That may explain why I am waiting for a second delivery from the competitor.

Was very pleased with this Home Depot; have done business with them for years. The employees have been very helpful. I use a wheelchair and over the years, when I go to Home Depot, if I can't reach something, I ask the employees for help and they go out of their way to help! The ONLY issue I have with this Home Depot is when I check out, the cashier asks if I want my receipt? I told her "Yes, of course;" wondering why she would ask? THEN, when I get home I read the receipt and see that there is a survey on the receipt where it says I can win a $5000 Home Depot Gift Card for answering the survey! If I had told that cashier that I don't want the receipt when she asked, what would have happen to that receipt considering I was not aware of the $5000 Gift Card I could possibly win for filling out the Survey...I NEVER would have known about the survey and $5000 Home Depot Gift I could win if the cashier had kept the receipt. Thankfully, "I said yes, I want my receipt" as I didn't know of the $5000 Gift card I could win until I got home and read the receipt.....BUT I AM SURE THE HOME DEPOT CASHIER IS AWARE OF THE GIFT CARD THAT CAN BE WON AND DOES SHE GO HOME WITH CUSTOMER RECEIPTS AND FILL OUT THE SURVEY'S, TRYING TO WIN $5000 HOME DEPOT GIFT CARDS!

love this store always clean which is very important to me. the associates are great always kind and helpful from the time you walk in until the time you walk out. just love Brenda the cashier she is kind and fun to talk to.

Due to upcoming surgery we had to reschedule the delivery date of a large kitchen item. The young lady at the customer assist desk was very efficient and after at least 3 phone calls was able to get our date changed. This is a great help in managing our time before surgery. THANKS!!

Nice Store and for the most part Great employees. In my case everything was good until I went to have keys made. This location has an employee who apparently has an issue with helping customers at the key counter. I believe he works in hardware and also works the key counter. He was talking loudly to a young couple as I approached the Key Area. His exact phrase as I approached was, “I probably won’t get your stuff done soon, the rule is that I have to drop everything and run to the key counter when a customer shows up. It’s a bad rule that I disagree with". After the couple left, he walked past me glaring... Total Jerk! I don't need keys that bad, nor do I have to shop at home depot. All other employees were very polite and eager to assist. One Bad employee ruined my visit. I would never send anyone to this location to have a key made or to buy hardware if they have to endure this loud mouth and his rotten attitude.
