I bought doors here and it was nothing but problems

We walked into Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. We were greeted immediately by a smiling young woman, Nyasis Ginn. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered all our questions and helped us look at the customer reviews. Such a great customer service experience!

I always question which hardware store to visit for my needs. Normally I go to the blue competitor. Like almost everywhere else these days, their customer service is lackluster to say the least. When I visited your store, I received such impeccable service and care, I felt transported to the days of old. It was "Hallmark commercial" level care. I will never again question whether I should go to Blows or Home Depot. Thanks to Ryan who I exhausted with wood cutting and Coco who was friendly at the register.

Happy we came in on 4th of July weekend to purchase our new appliances! Deals/sale was great and the staff were very attentive and kind throughout the whole process every person we worked with was a pleasure and made us happy to be moving to the area. Thank you for the excellent service!

The customers did not sign up to be cashiers. This company makes enough money to have at least one cashier. Do better!!!

Excellent purchase of a new commode for my workshop

My wife and I went in to buy a washing machine, and we were greeted by no fewer than three employees, both outside and inside the store, before we even made it back to the appliances section. We found the washer we were looking for, and the young lady working that section of the store helped us very promptly and courteously, explaining the extended warranty options, delivery options, etc. with great care. She made the whole experience very pleasant and best of all easy.

Excellent location as far as I’m concerned, takes 2 minutes to get there. The staff is very friendly and I like the curbside service since I’m handicapped.

The store on Harbison in Columbia, SC is clean and the products are well stocked. The only issue I have sometimes is that it is hard to find someone to help me locate a product or answer a question. I give a high 5 to the paint dept though. They have always been friendly and helpful when I needed paint or supplies.

We just purchased our first Cub Cadet riding lawnmower and it is definitely quieter than what we have had in the past.

I recently placed an online order that had a few issues. Some things were to be delivered from the store but did not get delivered. Manager, Megan, went out of her way to deliver the items herself and I am extremely grateful. I later needed to return/exchange an item at the store, and Chris was just wonderful. He let me know what steps I needed to take and answered all of my questions. Chris was also extremely patient with my two kids - he interacted with them during the process without missing a beat and was just so kind.

Justin assisted me with cutting a large amount of lumber for my project; building two raised garden beds. Justin was courteous and professional and cut all of the lumber to the exact specifications I needed. This was a large job and Justin broke a sweat helping me. Please make sure Justin is recognized for this.

As a residential contractor I spend quite a large amount of money with Home Depot and the most recent experience had to be the absolute worst. It nearly cost my small business a big loss!! Then when I called to address the situation it only continued to make the problem worse. Megan and Kevin have no business representing Home Depot as any sort of management unless your company standards have changed drastically. Still waiting for a follow up call!!

Bought this Ryobi trimmer handle with battery and charger It connects to other Ryobi extension which I bought the cultivator. It works so amazing. If you have a garden or just want to cultivate your yard get this you will love this. Does the job. And you can attach other things as well

Hello! We never leave these reviews but the customer service experience we experienced at this store, was phenomenal. I can’t tell you how many times we were greeted! A few standout mentions are Chris and Baron!

Very personable, very kind and helpful! Seemed very eager to be of assistance. Very rare quality these days, young USC student. Very responsible young lady.

We are NOT handyman - we are not Weekend Warriors- but we do try to handle some stuff around the house on our own. The associates at this Home Depot location are always VERY helpful and have saved us a lot of grief (and returns) over the years. I bring a photo and a question and walk out with a solution that works!

The appliance guys and woman were super helpful and attentive to my specific needs . They took the stress out of appliance shopping for me.

I was greeted upon entering the store. That gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable. I wish I got his name. While in the back of the store looking for rubber jacketed 10 gauge 4 conductor wire, I needed assistance. An incredibly Awesome employee Megan helped me. She operated the conveyor to find what I needed by the foot. She checked on me later as I was still in the same area shopping and thinking through my project idea. She got me help from someone from the electrical department and as she passed by me again later, asked again if I found everything I needed. It was clear her professionalism and dedication to customer service were a top priority to her. Meghan is truly an asset to Home Depot and this store is blessed to have her and the other two gentleman who helped me at other times during this visit.
