Every time I shop at this location, I drive past their competitor now because I am always greeted with a smile and "thank you! From The manager "Shawn", to the associates in some of the fields, including the plumbing department "Elio", and the loading offers from "Mr. Lewis", this is a winning combination that appreciates my business. Don't change a thing, when it isn't broke, don't try to fix it, Corporate!

Having to travel to one side of town used lot of gas. Wished on was in Bush River area. Love the cleaning nest of this store. The lay out plan of this store. Liking the friendly workers.

Great store to shop in. The associates are always friendly and willing to help you locate whatever you are looking for.

my experience was great. my kitchen consultant Amber Wiggans was the most efficient and guided me thru my whole purchase.my new kitchen is going to be beautiful. her helper Rob from paints loaded everything on carts and did not scratch or damage anything. I thank him also.

The store is well organized and the personnel at the paint counter are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The associate made very important input regarding the paint we needed for our particular application.

Cashier (Debby-DFL21L) told me. "We do not give military discount at this register" I have to fill out some form and take it elsewhere in the store and maybe I would get the discount. Very unprofessional and degrading. LOWES gives me the discount at any register, and a "Thank you for your service".

I was very happy with the help I received in the lawn and garden center. The associate was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

There were more than 6 employees at the front of the store, but there were no cash register lines open. It took longer to check out at one of the self-checkout stations than it did to find the items in the store. Next time, I'll go to Lowes.

I can always depend on the friendly people at Home Depot to help me find the products that I am looking for, for my projects. The sales staff is always friendly and willing to help. Cashiers are fast and friendly and get you through the checkout quickly. Store is always clean.

my experience in this store was excellent me personally I would normally shop at Lowes but seen that my father shops here so I decided to give it a try and I have to say that it was a good experience and I will continue to do so, so thinks for the hospitality

The Store was clean But the need for assistance was VERY limited Had to ask a second employee for assistance and then one person arrived stressing the fact he was the only one available .Wasn't Very knowledgably on my questions of product I was wanting to purchase .

We were uncertain about what type/brand lawn tractor we were in search of so we investigated previously opinions on the app. Even though its only been a couple of weeks since our purchase, we are totally pleased!! Definitely recommend the Aerins Lawn Tractor!!!!

I have a local competitors store that often runs out of stock, and the nearest Home Depot is 20 minutes away, however by the time I go to the Comp's store and discover I have to travel to Home Depot it just makes sense to check Home Depot first and be able to find what I want in a well organized store.

The store was very clean and well stocked. All the associates I encounted were friendly and willing to help. I asked for help with some weed killer and a nice gentleman helped me out greatly.

Easy to access all materials I was shopping for my gardening and painting project.

Wonderful store with virtually everything one needs for home improvement/projects.

I was shopping in the garden section and before I could even attempt to pick up a bag of soil, there was an associate there to help. He loaded it to the cart, helped others while I paid and then was there to load it into my car! I was very happy about that. I'm not exaggerating when I say that service at this store is excellent regardless of the department I've been in; at least in paint and in garden!
