The store associates were wonderful, we had at least 6 people offer to help us. Great about helping load grill on truck and with directing us to other products.

Recieved a mower and it didnt work upon delivery. Several calls and lots of headaches, with cutomer assistance we finally got it resolved.

after purchasing gutter gaurds at lowes I found same product at a lower price at home depot- ditto for other products as well. now home depot is where my family shops -nice folks -good service

I have been watching for sales on major tools for some time and never see a price break offered. Most stores run discount coupons occassionaly but never the Home Depot. I like the store and your people but you need to improve your competitivness on big ticket items.

i live about 70 miles one way from our nearest home depot and small places do not carry the name brands, latest products or a big choice of items for home owners. i can get them all at home depot at a great price. my big applause is for the employees being so knowledgeable and able to help people who are not trained in using many power appliances or even something as simple as stopping a leak somewhere. i can always go to depot and describe the problem to someone there and get help in determining what i need for the job. they have always been polite and more than willing to help with the customers needs. this speaks loudly for the quality of the employees they hire . i have zero complaints here and will continue to shop there .

When we were looking for things needed for our bathroom remodel,not only did we get all the things we were looking for but the price and quality was better on every thing we needed!!

I've noticed in the past few times I've come to this location, that the employees sure are friendly and speak to you when they see you. And sincerely want to help in anyway they can. I really like coming to this location. Your employees certainly need to be commended for their friendliness.

I made 3 trips to Home Depot in 2 days... I was seriously impressed!! Every associate that I met asked if I needed help! I used several associates assistance. Cashier Kelly was SUPER!! Cashier Ashley was great. Tara in kitchen appliances was very nice & patient with me.

Everyone I encountered on my shopping trip was AWESOME!! Every associate I saw asked if I needed assistance. I did!! I needed help in appliances & Tara helped me!! I needed assistance in door locks & the one associate that approached me actually went & got another associate that had more knowledge. I was all over Home Depot & EVERYONE was AWESOME!! Great job!!
