Very helpful, clean and a wonderful selection of light bulbs.

We have two Home Depot stores in Evansville, IN but I prefer the West Side store at 5230 Pearl Drive. It is convenient to my home and easily accessed. The employees are very friendly and always helpful.

I love my local Home Depot. The staff is courteous and helpful and it is always where I can find what i need.

I was very pleased to find real people that were willing and eager to help as this west side store. I purchased from five different departments this visit. Keep up the good work!

The customer service was exceptional! When we approached the service desk, with a question which we were told to do, the manager stopped his employee meeting and offered assistance. He assured they would get us taken care of. They asked every person who walked through the door if they could help them!

The store was clean and great. But the perfect ending to a shopping experience was named Lisa. She was at the self checkout and was all about making sure everyone left with a smile. Even if I had a problem within the store (which I did not), I still would have left with a smile and a positive attitude about the store because of her. You need to make sure all of your associates treat your customers with the positivity that Lisa does. Anyone in a retail environment could learn a lesson from her. Thank you Lisa for a very positive experience.

I found the store to be very clean and the employees very friendly and professional,I can walk through the store and at least 5 people will offer to help me I can't say that about any other stores and that includes lowes,thank you to everyone at this store

This is a great store with a huge inventory and plenty of helpful staff to get you what you need.

One rude employee named Larry lost this customers business as he informed my daughter she was too big and needed to get out of the cart. I will not visit this location again.

I enjoy my trips to Evansville In, West side Home depot Store #2010. The employees are super friendly and take the time to help you anytime you ask. They have a great selection of everything to make your home and yard nice!

Employees helped me find what i needed and even showed me how the product worked.The store was neat and clean, well organized and the cashier was helpful at check out.

The store associates were very helpful with our purchase of a new refrigerator. With a large ticket price item it was crucial that we made the right choice for what our home needed and both men took special attention to our needs and stayed with us for the entire purchase and even helped my husband load it up for us! Very friendly boys and nice too!

Great Store!

This store made you feel welcome right from the start. I was asked if I needed help,(and I did). Not every store goes out of their way to make sure you find just what you are looking for, they did!

If you need lumber, find Paul. Friendly, polite and he knows his stuff.

The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very friendly and always ready to help you.

West side Home Depot is the best.

The store has the best selection and well cared for plants in our area. Associates are friendly and very helpful! Prices are very reasonable. Wide selection of products.

Help, especially in the paint department, just the best.

Everyone was vary friendly and everything was easy to find and when I couldn’t find anything all I had to ask and no matter what department they were bray willing to help and always smiling.

The employees are very friendly but the entire system for text to confim is very inadequate. I have to stand around for an hour sometimes for the system to recognize the approval and/allow the employee to tender the charge. Jason W Irons
