THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNEW THEIR PRODUCT

I CAME INTO THE STORE LOOOKING FOR A NAIL GUN BECUASE MY OLD GUN WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SO THE CASHER HAD TOLD ME TO GO SEE MR MALCOLM, AND HE THREE CUSTOMER WALK UP TO HIM AS I DID. HE ASSISTED THE OTHER CUSTOMER IN A FAST BUT PROFESSIONAL MANNER. BUT I AM NOT ONE EASY TO DEAL WITH , I PROCEEDED TO TELL HE MY PROBLEM WITH MY GUN. HE ASK ME WHAT WAS MY NEEDS FOR A NEW GUN, AND I TOLD HE THAT THE OLD ONE HAD JAM UP SOME KIND OF WAY. HE UNJAM THE OLD BUT I STILL PURCHASE A NEW ONE.

I did not get the answer I was hopping for,associate did not took the time to explain or ask if that's what I need it.

I didn't have to wait too long to find someone to help me with a product that I was looking for. Tom who I found out later was the store manager was very helpful with our purchase. It was a great experience shopping at this store.

Great customer service. They always steer me in the right direction for my price point and product. This is my home depot of choice.

just as any large companies good apples and bad apples. A few employees ignore and hardly work whilre others get the job done and more. Oh and when u r watering the flowers in the morning pay attention to the hose to minimize tripping hazard.

I had an employee, MALCOLM, that took the time to insure all my request were fulfilled, including loading my purchases into my shopping cart. Offer suggestions on use of the products and the accessories available.

The man taking care of the garden area just as you walk in the door does a great job. The prices were nearly hidden on the side of the display, he took time to scan each of the plants to give me the correct prices. As a result, I purchased four of the African violets because they were different from the ones I already had. I really appreciated his help.

The prices are GREAT!!!! The workers are sincere and friendly.

Shop here often and have never had a poor experience with any staff, everyone is quite helpful and pleasant.

The clerk working in the light bulb section did a great job! He showed me the differences between the types of LED bulbs and even told me the brand that was the best buy for the money. They do need more cashiers, though.

Everything that I was shopping for was available and easily located. What I couldn't find an associate led me to it.

The last two visits to HD on Hwy 6, I received exceptional help from their employees who each made items for me that I couldn't have done myself.

I asked for associate help in scanning a merchandise in which the Bar code was not scanning. Instead of receiving the required help she went to accused me of not scanning the merchandise. She was also unable to scan this merchandise and she left me talking to other associates who are milling around the register. I had to go and get another merchandise myself in order to buy it.

Items being in stock is rarely an issue here for me. I have had more BAD experiences here with the employees than good ones. IF you can find an employee at all. (And that seems to be a BIG if every time I go in there.) BUT, when someone there does well, they REALLY DO WELL. I had an employee in the paint section and an employee in the door section that I would praise all day. They were nice. Polite. They put my concerns and needs first. It honestly felt like they cared whether or not I had my issue taken care of. On the BAD side of things, I had one employee tell me some VERY false things that created some big issues for me. It got worked out by the good employees, but it started things off on the WRONG foot. I was in the store tonight, and witnessed an employee that was literally YELLING at another customer while they were assisting myself and other customers. That is shameful. I know customer service can be a thankless job, but what I witnessed just awful. Someone asked the price of an item. Yes, it was stated on the front of the display, but what if this guy couldn't read for some reason? Or had some other health issues? The employee was YELLING at this man that the price is listed on the front of the display. Eventually the employee yelled the price at the customer without looking at it, so the employee KNEW the answer, so I don't know why the yelling and belittling of the customer was needed. Answer the question - the customer chooses to buy or not, then they are out of your hair. I was embarrassed and angry FOR this other customer. The employee started off tersely with me, but the transaction ended on a good note - mostly because I didn't want to give him a reason to yell at me too!

Kyle, the Sales Associate working Returns is exceptionally helpful and attentive. He had a great and positive attitude and truly reflected that he is proud to work for Home Depot! He should be considered the benchmark for all other employees to emulate! Awesome!

Purchased a variety of items in different departments and worked with four associates. All knowledgable, pleasant and upbeat! Home Depot is outstanding especially in comparison to the other national stores.
