Very clean and neat store with a good amount of items to chose from for its size.

We have always found this store to be convenient and efficient with workers very willing to help you find things for you.

Since what I was looking for was not quite "out" yet, it took a bit of looking around to find out where it had been moved to, and then the folks had to open the gate to drag out the display so I could choose what I wanted. It was all done in a friendly and professional manner without any hint that I was causing them any extra work (even though I knew I was). It was a most enjoyable experience ! ! !

The store was clean and product were easy to find and employees soo nice

Great store very nice associates and this store is stocked very well I dealt with Lance Porunski and Christofer Morta. Both of these associates were very helpful in my decision making on my purchase of a battery operated hedge trimmer. They sold me the one to fit my needs and not the most expensive one. Look these up when your in the store I'm sure they will be just a courteous to you

This store has greatly improved over the years. Aisles are very wide and clean. I also like the fact when ordering online items can be shipped to the store, and receiving items is always in a timely manner. i also signed up for the pro rewards program and received discounts on paints and other things as well. Its the largest and best Home Depot I've ever been in. I will continue going to this store for ANY of my needs. its the largest

Trooper Road home Depot is always Clean. The associates are polite and always willing to help. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive at the pro desk and through out store. Managers are very friendly and always willing to help. Especially Lance has been very helpful and always inform us on special deals.

Store manager Michael Palumbo was very helpful, courteous and provided an excellent experience - he was a pleasure to do business with!

I received good service at paint desk! did everything I asked

We were greeted immediately and asked if we needed assistance everywhere we went in the store. We live closer to Lowes but had such a great experience at Home Depot that we are happy to drive the extra miles. SHOP HERE! We love this store and are actually starting to be recognized by the employees and love the special attention we are given. A+++

We came in for pint but they were no longer carrying that brand, but Chris in paint was very helpful and looked overhead to see if there was any left, gave us alternatives and price options. Lance the AMS was very helpful for the shelving units, got a great deal and our cashier was very nice and helpful

We had such personalized service ... Rich in the plumbing department was able to help us diagnose our issue (an air lock problem due to improper venting) and also figured out a solution that would work with our sink. He walked us around to gather all the parts and talked us through how to fix it. Fantastic customer service all around!

I want to acknowledge Alice who works at the West Norriton store. I went in to buy a vacuum cleaner and it was only available at the Willow Grove store. Alice offered to order it and explained that I would have to go pick it up. I shared with her that my dad had just passed away and I would not have time to drive to Willow Grove. Alice offered to go pick it up, on her own time, and had it at the store 2 days later. I could only assume that she lived close to that location. When I went in to get it I was told that Alice lived right around the corner from the West Norriton store. Alice went above and beyond her job requirement for me and I hope you realize what a special, kind and caring employee you have at your store. Thank you so much.

Shopping at this store was a pleasure from the parking lot to the various isles of merchandise.

The entire Pro desk is amazing. Brenda knows her customers by name. She and her boss and the entire team go out of their way to help you get what you need and save money.

VERY POOR HELP IN PAINT DEPT.. HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME (A SENIOR FEMALE) TO LIFT THE 5 GAL PAINT CAN AND PLACE IT ON THE COUNTER SO HE COULD COLOR MATCH PAINT. WHERE WAS HIS MIND. HE WAS THE STORE CLERK AND COULD NOT HELP ME LIFT THIS VERY HEAVY ITEM OUT OR INTO MY CART.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and provide the right amount of guidance for any situation.

I always find the staff willing to assist but asking if I need help when just walking the isle. Things always seem well stocked and orderly and easy to get through the isles.

Ishopped the West Norriton store #4145 for the first time and it was my greatest experience ever shopping at an department store. I would strongly encourage anyone that value great customer service, knowledgeable employees and speedy check-out to shop there.

Chris in plumbing was very helpful with advice on parts I needed for a sink drain repair. He took the time to understand what I was trying to do and recommended the exact parts I needed. The repair took less than 20 minutes to complete. This was after 3 trips to a different home improvement store; where I was unfortunately not able to find someone to help me and ended up buying the wrong parts three times. Yes this is probably also a reflection about how little I know about home improvement, but that is why having a knowledgeable person to ask for help was such a huge plus.
