I just walked up to the key machine and within a minute a store associate came up to me and asked if I needed keys made. It was great - I got my 2 keys made in a couple of minutes. Thanks so much!

Trooper Home depot has very knowledgeable staff willing to stop what their doing to help you. Frank in Electric, Anthony at pro desk, Rich in tool rental, And Bob at self checkout. You need something ask them, they got you covered.

Since I can hardly walk, I find that there are always operating battery carts available and someone to help you with it. I particularly find that the departmental clerks are friendly, patient and helpful. I love this store and its location with respect to my home, convenient! Don

Dilek wad the most pleasant, and helpful associate I could have asked for. She stopped everything she was doing to help. Dilek was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for the great experience.

Not the largest Home Depot in the area, but has the vast majority of the items you would need. Ease of access and helpful employees make it the best choice to shop.

Happy with my experience at this store. This locations generally has more of the items that I need at most any time for many of the fields I work in.

Love this Home Depot. Customer service is always spot on and the advice I receive in the paint department especially, averted some dumb mistakes on my part. Next project is new garden gates and I will soon be heading to HD for supplies and just maybe some advice too!

Good store with good associates. The only problem I've encountered (which doesn't normally occur) is that during this holiday season, they've packed a bunch of display items into the main entrance aisle leading back to the lighting area. Shoppers naturally stop to look at these displays which stops everyone from getting by and creates a very annoying bottleneck. Other than that, I will continue to shop at this HD. It's clean, in a great location, and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

I came in not expecting to buy anything. I ended up purchasing a fireplace which I picked up for an extraordinary deal, and a Christmas wreath. I was on time constraints and say I was in and out w/in about 25 mins on a busy Saturday afternoon. The associates were extremely friendly & helpful in assisting me with my purchases. I definitely would recommend this store to my friends and family in a heartbeat b/c of the awesome speed, service, and help that I received.

We researched on-line to pick a refrigerator and came into the store to purchase it. Annie was very helpful with the transaction.

The staff at the Norristown store on Trooper Rd are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile in customer attentiveness and satisfaction. That's why I go back time and time again!

The store was organized, well stocked, well manned. Needed 20 rolls of insulation and it took longer to load my pickup than it did to get the rolls, cart and pay for them. Great service!

Went in to purchase a new refrigerator. Experienced a glich and Brenda at the Pro desk rectified it ! Very pleased with her help. It was only 3 days for the scheduled delivery ! The guys who brought it were the BEST! Measured everything first to make sure it all fit. They were so careful I couldn't believe it. Really impressed ! Thanks to all ! J

Chris was so helpful, he explained and shown us each appliance we wanted. Chris explained delivery time frame, special items that needed to be order. If you are looking for appliances and want the best service ever - seek Chris, i am sorry i do not know his last name...

The associates that work at this store are so nice and curteous. They ask you when you come into the store if you need help and they will walk with you down to the product that you are looking for and will offer to help you if you need it. Everytime I go into this store someone is ALWAYS there to help. It is a pleasure when you have to shop and don't know where things are. Thank You.

Mi experience this time was better ,because I have to sent someone else and I wasn't sure what I wanted. She helped with everything I needed including pay. I was so stressed about it . Every store should have someone like her. Friendly ,easy, willing and and happy to help customers. Thanks. Ruth

As a women I find it difficult buying heavy products because of loading and unloading. Chris, Loreno and Derrick at the Home Depot in West Norriton made my experience great today. When it's time to shop at Home Depot again I will be returning to that one. thanks!!!

We shipped for many items for our new home - refrigerator, flooring, lighting, paint, and electrical. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful one one even commented on us positively!

I find the store very well planned out. I can find the items I need with no issue at all. The staff is very friendly and willing to help yo out with any question that you may have. I enjoy coming to the store and just browsing for future projects that I want to complete.

The sales associates in all Home Depots are helpful however the W. Norriton store has the best. Worth the trip every time!
