Please for all your residential customers DO NOT enlist the work of Central Transport for any deliveries. They lie about ability of delivering.. said We were not at the home, wrong. They then said oh Your lines are too low for our truck, wrong! lines are all underground, Then said oh sign at entrance of community say no trucks, yes that is for thru ways not delivery as any truck driver would know. When asked why they take on residential deliveries, they said because HD pays us good money!! So they told me they would deliver it that coming monday, i said, how are you going to do that when you said you can not deliver. They said well we will notify HD and send it back to them as not deliverable..... It was only with the help of your Cust. Rep. Expider Renee' who got a new trucking company for us and he got them to deliver it sooner then their usual delivery date. so instead of two weeks late it was only a week. Renee listen to me, how i had to appease the client and suspend the workers who were going to install the flooring and worked his best to get us the product. Renee was our lifesaver and we appreciate him. as you should, to help with a HD Pro who could not work due to a company that was not working in HD best interest. A week of us calling HD and Central Transport was finally over.

I purchased 26 bags of mulch over 2 trips to the store. Without the help of Dom in loading my cart & car, I would NOT have bought as much product nor had such a pleasant experience. The result was less of an achy back but also a flower beds that have more coverage of much needed mulch. Thank you Dom!

called and purchased a pallet of bagged mulch for delivery. convenient. cheap/ on sale, super friendly and helpful staff. will be doing this every year!

This visit, I knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it, so I had not interactions at all, with employees this time... except for check out. Store was tidy and well stocked. As retired law enforcement, I do not like the absence of theft controls at check out. At self-check out, nobody monitored activity and unlike other retailers, there is no scale to at checkout. I saw a theft in front of me; suspect failed to scan 2 expensive products in his cart of 20 items. This makes the prices of everything go up. Be more vigilant.
