I had a great experience at this Home Depot. I am visually impaired. It was a busy day when I came. Sally, who was at the entrance, and Keith, the specialist in Hardware took great care of me. Bravo. I will come again because of these two great Associates.

This store is ALWAYS clean and organized! The "Lawn and Garden" section, which I use the most, is always well stocked and the Associates working there are VERY helpful! I just wished there were more items "on sale" in this department MORE OFTEN.

Good Job but you can do it better.
The store is clean & the Associates are helpful if I ask them. But some departments like the Kitchen Department were too busy. Every time I went there I had to wait more than thirty minutes to get help.

The Home Depot store in West Plano is the BEST Home Depot I go to out of the 4 or 5 area HD stores I shop. The "Associates" are ALWAYS friendly, courteous and helpful, and this particular store is NEVER cluttered like the one on Central Expressway in Plano! Thisis a "model" Home Depot store, and a pleasure to shop in.
