THIS STORE IS GREAT!!

Will never use this store for delivery of any contract items. They lie about delivery times and days. Cooper flooring whom they use never contacts the people when you are told . They never contacted me even two weeks later. Brought flooring back to store.

Employees were very helpful and kind. I really appreciate Lucy's efforts saving me $40. I got a new credit card! Got all the items and more that I came for. Store was clean. Got all the assistance I needed. I will be back! Thanks!

You can alway rely on Home Depot to have what you need or they will find the next best thing for you.

If you need help, an associate will never show up, even when paged. Neither will a manager.

This store is outstanding. Customer Service Cashier SHAMIKA was incredible. I had a very difficult return and in my experience most people would have given up. She stood firm in finding the answer and I am a very happy customer.

This store is always neat and clean. The last 2 visits the paint department was short staffed.

Great THD on all level

Brad in the paint department was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain all my options in detail and gave excellent advice about the painting process. He was very friendly and welcoming! Definitely coming back to this store if I have any more painting projects!

Everyone is very friendly at this store and I can always find someone who can answer my questions and/or point me to where the item I'm looking for is. They always take me to where I can find my item.

Horrible customer service! Took an item to the register and then to the customer service for price match and was told no! This is clearly contradicts to what is clearly mentioned on the Home Depot website itself. Funny thing is that I wanted to price match with the Home Depot's own website itself.

The employees at this store are top notch!!! I made multiple trips over multiple days getting ready for an event. These folks are bright, cheery and ready to help. Thumbs up to the paint department. My custom matches were spot on and service was fast. Would definitely come back. Kudos to Home Depot!

Some items needs to be restocked

Was looking for a mailbox, and was approached by a very helpful associate, man with white hair and glasses, but didn't get his name. Provided great customer service. I am a cashier at Store 0556. He was very helpful. Enjoyed shopping at your store!

Sales associate was rude and said he was too busy to answer my question or help me. I left the store and went to Lowe’s

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. Not stand by their word of getting your orders complete what is ordered. With no help for the customer to be satisfied only the customer comes up with a solved problem for them.

Beware this store has close talking unmaskes sales people. She will repeatedly accost you while in the store. Only enter if you have no concern about your personal safety.

I have one well founded complaint. When walking down the center aisle I am looking for fasteners (aisle 7). But walking east to west the sign for aisle 7 says "nuts and bolts." Only walking west to east does the sign says "fasteners." If you don't walk in the right direction - you miss your aisle and what you're looking for. PLEASE PLEASE put EVERYTHING on that aisle on signs on BOTH sides of the aisle so you don't miss what you're looking for if you're walking in the "wrong" direction.
