This store is not the closest to my location, but the extra few miles for service, store appearance and attitude of the staff makes the drive worth while. Since moving to this area I consider finding this HD a perk.

Russell. What a legend. I came in with this half cooked fish-tank stand idea and diagram with no measurements and this mythological beast envisioned with me how we were going to fabricate this thing and he came through like a mighty hero from tales of old. The myth. The legend. Russell.

I got very good customer service. I couldn’t find the small dowel rods that the website said were available there. The first person who looked for them couldn’t find them, but as I was still walking in the store, Danny asked if she could help me and she was able to locate the package of 40 12 inch dowel rods that I wanted!! She really made my day!!

not having items in stock even when web site shows them an customer service shows them they could not find an item that was suposed to be on the floor.

Home Depot in general is not the best place to purchase lumber. I've noticed over the past 9 months or so while getting lumber there for my home projects that I have to do a lot of digging for lumber that's not completely beat up, split or otherwise damaged in some way. I ordered some lumber to be delivered earlier in the summer...I will never do that again.

Friendly and helpful experience every time!

I was absolutely disgusted by the way the woman working register 1 today 8/23/2020 at 2:15 pm acted when my husband was unable to wear a face covering due to medical reasons. She told him to “put a mask on”. He told her he could not wear one. She then demanded he go to another line. We then approached register 2 where the gentlemen working demanded my husband “Step back now”. However he had no problem being within inches of my daughter in her car seat carrier in the cart. Apparently customer service just goes out the window and associates feel they don’t need to treat customers with respect. Home Depot should be disgusted at the treatment its associates excersized today when dealing with my husband. The elderly woman should have just politely asked him to put on a mask and then politely asked him to use another line. If the gentlemen did not want to help us he could have said the same as well instead of acting like a drill sergeant commanding customers around.

I found this Home Depot to be the best home center to fit most of my projects needs. I found this store to have very friendly and knowledgeable workers that go out of their way to make sure that you leave a satisfied customer. The store you will find is very neat and clean. Most of the time I am able to get right in and out of the store. There are times I need assistance and I know that any one of the workers there is willing to help to get you what you need. There was an occasion that Home Depot did not carry an item that I was looking for and the store worker directed me to a store that I could find that item. That's a perfect example of 100% customer satisfaction. I don't think you will find a better store around with the prices and services provided by this particular location.

The woman in the paint department was extremely helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and I find all the employee are always there to help.

The store associates are friendly. If the item is not located at the store, they help with purchasing through internet online. They have internet store items in stock.

Dave was great. He located the item I needed for my dryer within a minute. He was very pleasant, had all his protective gear on, and saved me plenty of time. Dave went Above & Beyond. You may think that he was just helping. Help is what I needed most and he gave it, when needed, without hesitation.

Excellent service

Greg went far and beyond my expectations with helping me to out the right washer and had it setup for a successful delivery and removal of the old one.

Joe saw me drop a couple of my things and offered to grab me a basket or a cart me had a great smile and attitude after he grabbed me a cart he checked me out quickly and nicely.

It’s not that often that I absolutely need something but when I do, they always have it. Even during the Coronavirus mess, they were stocked and went above and beyond to help me find all that I needed. Every associate that I saw was being very cautious yet still super helpful and accommodating.
