Just recently moved here and have been using this location for all of our needs. From delivery service, pickups and all things in between. I don’t mind these trips with my husband at all!

Home Depot's hiring and training efforts pay off for those who need assistance with our home projects. In addition to telling you where to find specific items, they often take you there, answer my questions, and offer suggestions about a product or how to do a task.

On Sunday over Memorial Day weekend, a new employee named Rob was super helpful. He really went above and beyond by loading heavy cement pavers onto a trolley and then into my car. He was very polite and professional. The Home Depot has really found a keeper! He deserves a Homer Award!

i went to west Springfield MA location today, the young lady working customer service at 5 ish 3/21/2024 went above and beyond to help. she involved her manager ( steve mod ) to fix an issue i didnt even notice and it was a huge deal. it made my day.

Home Depot workers, Kirk and Connor, went above and beyond the call of duty in answering our many questions about lattice options. Each of the Home Deport workers that we met today provided excellent customer service.

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at West Springfield Home Depot, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by Manager Jackie and Moe, the Pro expert. Despite the challenges of long credit service calls, Jackie demonstrated unmatched dedication and problem-solving skills to ensure my issue was resolved. Moe, with his expertise in the Pro department, provided valuable insights and assistance, enhancing my overall shopping experience. Kudos to both Jackie and Moe for their commitment to customer satisfaction! West Springfield Home Depot is fortunate to have such a fantastic team. Highly recommend this store for its excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

The only person I interacted with was the cashier Nick. Super nice guy. Greeted me, thanked me, and was all around super nice to me. Thanks Nick!

This location pales by comparison to other HD stores in this area. Friendliness and Courtesy were simply non-existent today. Not at all what I’ve experienced in past visits to Home Depot

We just moved to the area from overseas, you can imagine how much to settle in the house, it's great we can find almost everything here at Home Depot.

Erine "Window Expert" was Great over and above. I order Special Order Window. very helpfull with the order and made sure, time of pick up at store, they was ready with very little waiting time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WEST SPRINGFIELD HOME DEPOT FOR KITCHEN DESIGN..SPECIFICALLY LAURA K. SHE KNEW JUST HOW TO PUT A BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN TOGETHER WITH ALL THE IMPORTANT SPECS, AND WITH A VERY CREATIVE EYE. SHE WAS SO THOROUGH AND JUST TOOK THE WORRY OUT OF DESIGNING A BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL SMALL KITCHEN! I FEEL SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE FOUND HER! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HER TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON CURRENTLY PURCHASING NEW HOMES.

This place is terrible. Associates don’t care about helping people. Cashiers are rude. I worked at a Home Depot in the area for years and this west Springfield store is beyond awful. Talk about not living orange values. This place SUCKS.

The gentleman, John M, who worked in the appliance department was knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions with patience.

Hector del Valle is a very kind and helpful person, he knows a lot about the different types of wood and lumber materials.

Sales associate Hector Delvallo went above and beyond to help me today! He was super helpful and went the extra mile to assist me in finding the materials needed to complete my project.

I’m always happy to visit this store, there’s no lack of employees to help you; and they even offer you help when they you seem lost. Always well organized and I have never asked for anything that was “out of stock”.

We have utilized the services and products of The Home Depot for the past 33 years that we have lived in West Springfield Vinyl plank flooring, rugs, linoleum sliding doors, lumber, lighting and of course gallons of paint. We have never been disappointed in any of their products or services. They stand behind what they sell 100% Customer service is supportive and competent. They want you to be happy and to return to their store for all of your future needs. Always greeted in a friendly manner followed by ,"Can I help you?" A pleasure to shop here and know you are going to be taken care of .

I am remodeling my basement and I have always found what I am looking for in home depot.

This trip was a pleasure. One worker was particularly helpful and quickly located the item that I needed.

Angie from hardware went above and beyond to walk me directly to the product I needed and it wasn't even in her department but she wanted to make sure I found it. Top Notch

If I could give a 0 star I would. Service was absolutely terrible and the manager Steve there didn't care to even attempt to help either. He just brushed off my problems and told me to go to the Home Depot I purchased my products from which was 40 minutes away.
