FAWN from plumbing, is the worst associate. I asked for help in finding a stem for a faucet that has no written brand on it. So, I came to the store with the sample part, but FAWN keep asking for the brand. I told her I cannot find it int the faucet, then she started her rant, “that i should not come in the store and look for something that I do not know the brand.” So, I explained that in the same situation in the past, an Associate named LEON was able to help me identify what I am looking for. Then FAWN replied, “talk to Leon.” I know from the start, she do not have the intention to help, maybe to insult me because of my race. I asked her to just leave and I’ll find it myself, but she stays and I am the one who left. I attached here the picture of the faucet to prove that the brand is not written on it.

The West Springfield, Ma store is miles ahead of other stores in the area. I will travel out of my way to go to the West Springfield store. A woman named Angie who works in hardware is always my go to person when I need help finding something because she knows where everything is it seems. The managers are very nice and respectful to. It's just a great shopping experience.

The Garden Center is disgusting and filthy. It smells like dead animals. There is mouse droppings and bird poo all over the shelves, products n floors. DO BETTER and CLEAN UP YOU ACT!

This HD has been helpful in finding a number of items and minimize "hunting through the store" to gather my list.

Still waiting for my order, five days late.

I bought 58 boxes of flooring- the staff was very helpful from helping get additional boxes in the back, to making sure I got the bulk purchase discount and even loading it in my care carefully for me

I ordered 11 boxes of flooring to be delivered to my home. 10 boxes arrived. I called to let the store know and document that I had only recieved 10. The young lady asked if I wanted to reorder another box! ??? Not sure how she came up with that solution. I was missing a box I ordered why would I pay for another box?? Scary

Griffith did not listen to me with my returns and show s my that he doesn't want to listen and make hand gestures indicating I was upset and this was so insulting

I went to Westfield yesterday the store was a complete mess and disappointment . Someone should be aware of the safety of the shoppers. West Springfield is a model of what Home Depot should be like!

I was very pleased. The customer service provided by staff, I have to say was supper. The supervisor worked very delegently. They where accurate on order and even thought of things that I didn't see, that where gonna be helpful for me with my project. I'm very thankful. I want to give a big shout to Jackie, Nathaniel and the hold team Pro very professional deserve praise they were very professional, respectful, accommodating, diligent overall a great team.

HD make it very difficult to move around then store due to all the boxes of stuff in every single walkway in the entire store. When ever possible I shop at Rocky's

Came in for a chainsaw or pole saw, was directed to a chainsaw that was on clearance and a pole saw.

Store employees are very nice in answering questions and take the time to talk to customers.

Shelves are often poorly stocked with lots of empty boxes in areas such as electrical and plumbing. The front desk staff flat out lied to me about only accepting batteries from Milwaukee, Ryobi, DeWalt etc. Why is it so hard to find some items in the store? Nearby stores in Chicopee, Enfield, and wilbraham are not like this.

My whole garage is full of Green Ryobi-,we call it the green room😀I like the way your employees say hi every time I go- nice touch

We have been ordering 2 tons of wood pellets annually at the West Springfield Home Depot. They are always spot on and delivery is always quick & perfect!

Al stuck with me for over an hour trying to fix the paint I chose. Into a color I liked..He was so patient..

I have shopped at home depot west springfield since it opened. It recently seems to be more organized and clean. The associates are extremely helpful. If i have one criticism it would that they could use more associates.

I purchased a Cub Cadet but haven't received it yet. So can't speak about the mower however the service was exceptional!!! Jackie (the supervisor) went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience!! We will be back!!!

We met with Laura to design our new kitchen and she was fantastic. She was so kind, very knowledgeable, detailed and patient.

Just recently moved here and have been using this location for all of our needs. From delivery service, pickups and all things in between. I don’t mind these trips with my husband at all!

Home Depot's hiring and training efforts pay off for those who need assistance with our home projects. In addition to telling you where to find specific items, they often take you there, answer my questions, and offer suggestions about a product or how to do a task.

On Sunday over Memorial Day weekend, a new employee named Rob was super helpful. He really went above and beyond by loading heavy cement pavers onto a trolley and then into my car. He was very polite and professional. The Home Depot has really found a keeper! He deserves a Homer Award!

i went to west Springfield MA location today, the young lady working customer service at 5 ish 3/21/2024 went above and beyond to help. she involved her manager ( steve mod ) to fix an issue i didnt even notice and it was a huge deal. it made my day.

Home Depot workers, Kirk and Connor, went above and beyond the call of duty in answering our many questions about lattice options. Each of the Home Deport workers that we met today provided excellent customer service.
