After previously shopping at Lowes in St. George, Utah, we then decided to try Home Depot. Different as night and day. The employees at Home Depot are friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful. And they will even escort you to an item you're interested in , just in case you have any questions about that item. Customer service personified!!...Bravo to those people, to store management and to whomever handles their training. We were very, very impressed!!

A very friendly employee helped me immensely! I went into the store not knowing how to replace my garbage disposal and was given a step-by-step tutorial on how to do it. The employee who helped me had a lot of plumbing experience and was very patient with my questions. The tips he gave me helped me easily replace the unit. Normally, I have to call someone to do projects like this, so this stellar employee helped me save money. He's the man!

need more associates to help customers that don't know what they really need

After visiting four other similiar stores, one of which was a Home Depot at another location, we came back to the West (Sunset as we call it) store to make our purchase. We were greeted in the parking lot by an associate who was assisting another customer prior to us even entering the store! I didn't realize what an impact a smile and a hello makes on a shopping trip until I read an article in the St George Health Magazine that talked about the actual neuro activity that occurs with these two simple acts of kindness. Thanks Home Depot West St George, keep it up!

Plenty of assistance and guidance from store employees. I shop there often as it is close. If it wasn't a great store I would drive further but no need.
