Due to the big holiday sale my new freezer from Home Depot would not be able to be delivered in time to save my food that was thawing in my dying freezer at home. Both associate and manager worked hard to make sure my problem was solved. The service I received saved my food. Great experience and will make Home Depot my appliance store from now on.

Major issue for me as a consumer is that you had someone to help me find the items I was shopping for. Every isle had a sales person that was helpful and cheerful!! MOST stores and grocery store, I have to circle the store and hunt someone down or have them paged to get assistance. This store is WELL staffed!! GREAT management that realize that is what bring customers back to YOUR store.

Store seem cluttered. Normally the greeter is very helpful & friendly. However on this day I did not see her or anyone taking her place.

I have been shopping this store for several years. I have always been assisted by an associate. They are ready, willing, and able to help find things and to explain how to do things. This is important to someone who is just learning handywoman stuff at the age of 72. They make it seem so easy for me.

Purchased a boxed patio heater. Discovered it had a dent when unboxed at home. Didn't want to return but was given a credit when I talked to customer service desk about it a few days later. No hassle, very straight forward.

I was very happy with the help I received at the paint desk. They recommended the right supplies I needed for my project, and the quality of the paint was exceptional (Behr). I'm delighted with how the finished product looked, thanks to the staff at Home Depot.

The gentleman managing the self check registers on 4/4/16 was helpful in pointing me to what I needed in the store. When I checked out he asked if I had found what I needed with a friendly attitude. Keep finding good folks like him and keep them happy.

There is a safety issue in the parking lot on the northwest side of the Home Depot building. The blind spot faces MC sporting-goods traffic does not yield or stop from or oncoming traffic. I also had the rudest and most inconsiderate interview with Home Depot for a part-time position that interview were only gave me I contact 25% of the time. He was yawning, rubbing his head looking, away from me. During one question I purposely did not complete it. And he just when on with the interview.

Nervous to purchase new appliances and carpet for my first home but left the store feeling confident and excited.

Provided amazing customer service while shopping for appliances by a sales associate named Dan. He went above and beyond taking the time to show me the different units, going over pricing and sales, and giving me ratings of the different units.
