Whenever I visit this store, the store associates are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a CO monitor rechargeable batteries. The associates quickly pointed out the location for these items. The store has always had quick responses to questions and a very helpful group bothe inside and outside.

My husband and I frequently purchase items from the Westerville, Ohio Home Depot and continually have excellent experiences! Very helpful associates! When beginning a project we anticipate having to return multiple times in order to complete our project. However we find the associates are very knowledgable and help us get exactly what we need (no more, no less) and we complete each project without returning trips for the same project! Such a blessing!

The store is always clean and orderly with their products in stock. I like the employees that are available without having to look for them, and they are very helpful and courteous. I enjoy shopping at this location.

I purchased paint, painting supplies, flowers,and seasonal items during my visit. Associates were very pleasant and helpful. An associate at the paint center recommended some rollers that not only saved me money, but provided better coverage than some other expensive rollers that I had previously purchased. The associate at the self check out scanned my flowers and paint for me, so I didn't even have to take them out of the cart.

We looked on line prior to visiting our Home Depot store for ideas on what type of replacement refrigerator we would like. We stopped in the store, looked, measured, and compared all the models on the floor, which was very helpful. After returning home to measure the space the refrigerator had to fit into we made our decision. The associate that helped us with our final purchase was extremely helpful and patient with me. (I had trouble making my mind up between two models.) My refrigerator was delivered today and that was easy too. They called, as promised, the night before to give me a delivery window of time for today and then called 30 minutes prior to delivery to let me know they were on their way. Our purchase was smooth and seamless from start to finish!

Guy in the Appliance area was very helpful on all of the products

I didn't need assistance on this visit, however if I did, there is no doubt I would have been able to find a friendly, helpful associate at anytime. I have always been pleasantly greeted throughout the store in various aisles.

My Home Depot is located almost across the street from my home. When I need anything I go there first and have always been pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere. Have always found exactly what I need at a fair and reasonable price.None

Purchasing new appliance was a great experience with Russell and George helping answering questions and going out of their way to find exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this store and asking for either Russell or George to help you through your appliance shopping.
