The employees at this store always make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and never once have I felt silly for not understanding what I needed or for taking some time to make a decision before practice.

I am a single person with one income available to remodel my condo. I work two jobs to try to bring my condo up to date without going into debt to do it. The prices at Home Depot are reasonable for my projects and the employees always know what I need to do the projects myself. The employees always make sure to walk me directly to the aisle where to find what I need. I always come to Home Depot for Behr Marque paint. Once the employee explained to me how to use the paint for one coat coverage, the results are beautiful.

Employees are very helpful. We just bought new appliances and had a great experience. The employee was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Great prices too!!! They were delivered and they look and work great!! Would highly recommend buying appliances here!

On many occasions we have entered The Home Depot store in Westerville, Ohio, and have asked a greeter where an obscure or not-so-obscure product could be found, and invariably he/she would pinpoint exactly where it was and sometimes even take us back to it. Also, the employees have always been very knowledgeable about the usage of products for specific home-improvement tasks. We will definitely return to The Home Depot.

My husband and I went to shop for a washer and dryer set for our new home. Guy, in appliances, was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding exactly what we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and made us feel as though we were talking with a friend. He was able to get us a credit card with delivery and installation for our new appliances. I don’t normally write reviews, but I hope Guy (and his supervisors) know how wonderful he is! Amazing asset to the Home Depot team.

Behr brand paint has great coverage

Amazing and Knowledgeable staff. From the greeters to the cashiers this store goes above and beyond. I have never been treated so well anywhere.

The cashier, Jason, was so polite and helpful and efficient. I was immediately waited on and provided someone to load an AC unit in my car.

I've been in this store many times this summer as I'm renovating my house. Each time I've been greeted warmly at the door and every time I've asked for assistance the employees have gone out of their way to help me. From Frank who took the time to talk to me about the appliances to Pat who helped figure out a problem I had on an order to Gary the store manager, everyone has been helpful and friendly. What I really like about this store is there is a man who rescues greyhound dogs and fosters them for future forever homes. He brings the dogs into the store to help socialize them and the employees just love them. It was so heartwarming to hear these dogs are being rescued and the store allows them to visit.

Always good experience from greeting to check-out.

Jacob in the Paint department is a great example of a young man with excellent customer service skills. He was extremely busy but still made eye contact with each customer letting them know he would be with them shortly. He took his time with all customers. It was nice to know that my business mattered and I honestly didn't mind waiting. Thank you!!!!

A very clean store with courteous staff. My purchase of a new refrigerator was educational, and the employee was very patient with my questions and conditions for selecting a unit. I do not put much faith or stock in their delivery vendors, however - the vendor refused to install the unit and was not forthcoming about why. I don't hold the store at fault for the delivery, but I will certainly think twice about purchasing something I cannot take home with me that day.

Sales persons and cashiers are always friendly and eager to help. I visit this HD reguarly and have never been disappointed.

The store is always clean and well organized. They have no objections to taking our dog into the store. In fact he seems to enjoy visiting with us. The staff are very helpful and know the products or where to find what I am looking to purchase. The employees all seem to enjoy their work and that is reflected in how they try to be as helpful as possible. In fact, on one of my many previous visits, an employee spent at least 10 minutes helping me find the correct size of a screw that I needed.

Bill cut my wood and saved my butt! I can’t thank him enough. He really bailed me out.

I've been able to find what I need. When I need help, there is always someone ready and willing. If you need help in electrical, find Travis, he goes above and beyond expectations.

I recently purchased carpeting and a dehumidifier, and as usual, received excellent and courteous service from sales people to cashiers. The Westerville store is a great place to shop!

Although the item I originally came in to buy was sold out (great sale price), I came away with a better product based upon great customer service by Ken B. I also had to buy some deck wood and received great assistance from another associate in the lumber area. Rarely does one receive consistently good service from multiple associates, but on this day I did. Even the cashier was very friendly! Like Arnold says..."I'll BE BACK"

Excellent service in appliances. I was never rushed and received uninterrupted attention. Had all of my questions answered honestly. Extremely satisfied with my 3 major appliances. Store was clean. Easy to navigate. 5 stars! (out of 5!)
