We purchased this product today. RYOBI Gas chainsaw; Clerk even asked if we needed a quick instruction on how use this product

I just needed to pick up some Quikrete and I found the store and aisle clean and it was easy to load and check out of the store. The bags were in good condition and easy to load and unload. Check by the Pro Desk was quick and friendly

Ridiculous how its not simple to just order something.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE HANDI CARTS ARE AT THE 'EXIT' MAKE IT MAKE SENSE THEY NEED TO BE WHERE YOU ENTER, THIS IS SO INCONVENANT, THEY SHOULD AT LEAST LET THE HANDI CART RIDERS ENTER THE EXIT TO GET THE RIDING CART THEY'RE NEEDED FOR A REASON AND THE CHECKOUT IS SO CONJESTED YOU HAVE TO GO UNDER ROPES TO GET TO IT, WHEN EMPLOYEE'S STOCKING SOME ACT AS IF THEY HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY

We hv purchased multiple items from Home Depot! We are New Dallas Residents! So we shop here frequently for everything from household items, Appliances, Storm Screen Doors, garage openers & much more! Our most recent visit 8/11/25 JADA was the BEST!!! She honored a displayed sale price👏🏾

Bought several items for a home renovation project and found all associates to be very helpful. Checkout was efficient and one of the associates offered to carry my shower door to the car. Will definitely be back to this store.

Always get great service at this loction and Cedar Hill. It's busy most of the time because of location.

Ridiculous that you have to provide your drivers license and only you can use the gift card or return card and nobody else in your family can without you being there

no-one greeted me nor asked me if i needed help! one thing i learned don’t enter the store with a backpack because you are automatically perceived as a thief!

I needed help locating some landscaping equipment and the employees were very friendly and informative with the products I was looking for.

I like the store because of proximity and supply. They always have what I want. However there is a price to pay. The people who work there aren't helpful. You have to chase them down to ask questions and the.new check out is ridiculous. The only employee that is cheerful, friendly greets everyone and actually helps you with your purchase even loading is the lady in the garden center. I swear I go there because of her. She's amazing. The next question is would I recommend a friend yes if they check out in the garden center all the other employees are worthless.

I didn’t get her name but she found the oven for me. I came there for a used oven and she found me a new one for $20 more. I wish I could give her name. Maybe yall can check the receipt or something but thank her !!!!

Just needed some Shark Bits

I purchased a refrigerator Sept. 26th. Received an email for delivery date Sept. 28th, 9am-1pm. Didnt receive a refrigerator yet as of October 1st. No phone call, or updated email. Had to throw away all my phone. My medicine has to be stored in friends refrigerator. I been eating out everyday which I can't afford because I'm not working. Tried to reach out to the Home depot and no one don't know what happened. This is very frustrating and caused me alot of stress. They can at least give me some of my money back since they dropped the ball. They do not care about the customers. It's all about a sell. This is ridiculous. I'm the one been suffering with buying food, drinks, having to throw away all my food, put my medicine in other people refrigerator.

Wednesday September 12 I went to the Home Depot on Wheatland and purchased a dishwasher. As I was checking out I requested my military discount. The sales person told me that she would not accept my military discount. She mumbled something about the dishwasher being on sale. In my opinion, that should not matter. If Home Depot is going to have so many caveats on the use of our military discount, they might as well discontinue the use of the discount. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with Home Depot.

I came in the store around 930a thru the garden area, there was a older lady there who was off work but ask if she could help me find anything I said yes WD40 she asked what size large or small (didn't know there were sizes) she took me right to it and then ask if there was anything else she could help me with I said yes the 5gal buckets and lids and she lead me to the area. It also seemed her co-workers think highly of her and so do I, but I didn't get her name my only regret; I can't emphasize more she was off work. Since I was there I looked at some stoves and your rep Jose Vasquez came over, wasn't pushy, and the stove I was looking at it was the last day it was on sale and he suggested I try for a Home Depot credit card it was approved and the stove is to be delivered Friday 8-23-24. I've been in other Home Depot stores and usually have to hunt for a person or just try to find it myself but that has never been at this store. Thank you for standing above the rest.

I found the brick rubber edging that I had wanted in black color. I looked several places, and they only had red.

I went for bricks for my flower bed. I eventually found what I think will work but the inventory was really minimal.

I bought can lights for a project. The lights did not indicate that a housing was needed I went to 3 stores before I could find what I needed. The associates were very helpful with my search

We buy a lot of things at this store and we are very happy with the items and the staff.

Ricky was amazing! Super funny and made me laugh! He said he was named after Ricky Ricardo from I Love Lucy show many years old. My best experience at this store so far!
