My experience at the Home Depot is always a good one. I hope that it never changes.

It is sometimes difficult to explain a problem to an expert to get the help you need. I do think that JT in the plumbing department at store #552 has a master degree in the language of "Little Old Lady". He listened to my description. Translated it into real terms, diagnosed my problem, gave me a solution and said "If you have any problems, come back. I will help you."

Convenient location, not crowded, no long lines at checkout.

not the store I go to often for this reason.It is dirty,nasty and unorganized.I only went there because I was in the area.I normally try to avoid this store because of the above reasons.

Ms. Sharon Williams thank you. Because of you I was able to fix (not repair) but FIXED my comode stationary problem with the anchor bolt that came in the kit. The bathroom a very important part of a home. You did not walk away like the associate who work in plumbing. You stay and search and found what I needed. I would rate the store a 4out5. There seems to be much improvement in the store assistance.

this store is simply the best from my shopping experiences to the very people that work there.. no matter what i will continue to shop at this home depot.. i really cant speak for tehe other ones but i know that my local store is the best and will always have my best wishes

Over the past several weeks I have shopped two local H/D stores with the Lancaster store being the location that I have visited the most, long story made short... the Wheatland store was an ok visit. My only complaint is that I had to load eight bags of cement myself. So the overall rating of this survey is not correct, I just can not redo it so that Wheatland gets the correct rating... just know that there should be help at the loading area without having to ask.

need more people on floor to help you. other that home depot is a very good place to shop. my family like to shop there. and we always tell other.

I knew that I was going to buy a toilet when I arrived in the store. An associate was called to assist me with putting it on my cart. And the cashier was extremly helpful, but to no avail in trying to get someone to load it in my car. She took the time to come to my car to see if the associate had loaded it. It's called an extra mile, going beyong the call of duty.

I shop at Home Depot for most evrything. I have bought appliances to garden supplies and furniture. My last visit was for stain for my deck. The sales associate Tim was very helpful. It was a project I was very concerned about doing it myself. With his quidance and knowledge, I left with confidence and couldn't wait to get started. He is an asset to your store and I will continue to do business with Home Depot.

This was my first visit at the Westmoreland Store and my husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the set-up of your store. We will surely patronize your establishment and location again.

I came in looking for something to eliminate gnats. I immediately noticed the 2 for 1 deal on some spray. I've tried many things over the years and thins was the cheapest and best product ever- Great Customer Service!!!

I like this store. It is smaller than some of the other stores I use. The employees are polite most of the time.
