I bought 2 skylights. Sent to home, both damaged. Brought back and re-ordered. Pick up at store 1 of 2 damaged. Store associate tried to pawn it off as no big deal. "you can bang out the dents." On a roof skylight, really..pathetic.

Cashier JASPAL was especially kind and attentive to this 83 year old customer

One employee stood out. Emilie in the Paint Dept. provided exceptional service by solving a "color conundrum." She went above and beyond providing much sought after solution to our problem. Her experience and expertise made a difficult decision easy. She is a credit to Home Depot and, specifically, to the Paint Dept.

Very excited about seeing HD include stock tanks at the stores. We have bought 14 so far. Great and lasting alternative to wooden box gardens. Can't wait to see my garden thriving.

This Home Depot has a good selection of healthy plants and regular sales that are clearly marked.

I have been struggling with the idea of replacing a refrigerator for quite some time. The appliances floor person and his boss were so pleasant and helpful. Fred spent a lot of time with me to help me make a purchase decision. Thank You!

Guess the labor shortage has hit where they can't staff registers anymore and force everyone to funnel into self checkout lanes - which are crowded with display items to apply for a HD Credit Card. Oh wait, there were tons of employees there - just too busy gathering in huddles around the store NOT helping customers - but guess they can't operate a cash register.

I'm always at the Home Depot and the customer service is fantastic! Someone in store is always asking if I need any help and they are knowledgeable if I do. Also, usually someone outside to offer assistance with loading large items.

I spend a lot of money here and love the store and employees have become family!! Already look up Janet for commercial help!!

Went to the lumber section to buy wood and cinder blocks for a personal project--I have very little knowledge of building materials. Quickly found an employee who was able to help. He was able to give advice on which wood to select for my project, keeping cost in mind, cut the wood for me, and all with a smile. Also had a second employee come up and offer help while the first had stepped away to check something, so we did not need the second employee's help, but it was nice to know there were multiple friendly employees ready to help if needed. Ended up being a quick and easy trip and I now have an awesome aquarium stand. Store was clean, spacious, and seemed easy to navigate, even for someone like me with minimal knowledge of these products.

The store is clean, the workers are exceptional, especially Jessica in the paint department. The store personnel are great. It's a joy to go there.

Kyle loaded 30 bags of mulch into our vehicle on an extremely hot day. He was courteous, quick & efficient. We appreciated his efforts.

This store is always well stocked and seems to have what I need for any project. Staff is friendly and willing to help with advice or guidance. The store is clean and tidy and has addressed safety measures for both customers and staff with respect to the current covid condition. Thee efforts are much appreciated.
