This store has everything in stock that I have needed each time I shop, much better experience than other stores I have been in while shopping for work.

Appliance Specialist, Jackie Rippert, was truly superb! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to provide supporting information to assist in making an informed decision. She was patient and answered ALL of our questions! KUDOS!!

I've always received polite and helpful service at my Home Depot. Whether it is for lamps, bulbs, cleaning supplies, plants, etc. the service people are very helpful and know their stock. The store is well marked so you can find things pretty easily and if not, you always get directed by any number of the associates. Having positive experiences keeps me coming back.

Wonderful garden center. Found fencing to use for that roof for outdoor canopy.

Employees were VERY helpful, staying with me till the best product was selected, introducing me to the next helpful person in the aisle/dept. I got help making decisions on what products would serve my purposes, and help transporting my selections through the cashier to my car.

The associates are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean, the inventory levels are maintained, and products are located where you would expect to find them.

We regularly shop at this store because we have always found what we came to buy, and if we had trouble finding what we needed, there was always someone available to help us.

Got help the first time asked. He was extremely polite The cashier was helpful, too, and funny, which certainly helped the experience.

Staff is always helpful, the store is well stocked and remarkably clean considering how messy some products can be. I have never even seen a line at the customer service desk despite coming during mid-day hours.

We were able to find everything on our list with help from employees. Cashier Ann was extremely friendly and helpful.

Thank you Home Depot to coming back! Years ago I remember doing a a customer service class at work and one of the questions was what retail store has the best customer service. The majority of answers was Home Depot, mind you that was years ago. I saw for a while a 'slump' in the customer service, not many employees around to help and the knowledge base lacked. This last year I must say the awesome customer service is back. The employees know their products and give great advice. The store is always clean, finding assistance is immediate, the employees are friendly and most of all helpful, they go that extra mile to keep the customer coming back! KUDOS to the store management and the Home Depot organization for instilling in the employees how important it is to be knowledgeable and able to assist the customer by giving 110% !!!!.

I needed an oddball product and wasn't sure it was carried. I was greeted just inside the door... "Can I help you?" She asked another employee at the desk who also expressed doubts, but she was already on the computer. "It's a long shot but let me take you there." On the way there, she questioned me about how I would use the product, led me there, and offered suggestions as to other ways to solve the problem. I was blown away with her professionalism and service. She made Home Depot my "GO-TO" place for all my future needs.

Of the Home Depot locations within easy driving distance from my home, I have found the Willow Grove location to be the one that is pleasant to shop at, with a friendly and courteous staff always ready to help. The store is neat and items are easy to locate.

Great experience today. Don’t have to wander around looking for help it cane to me with a smile and a plethora of knowledge. I knew what I wanted however he (Tom) made the decision making process easier with his knowledge we went thru the positives and negatives of the product which led to a quicker decision & purchase. I may have went home to ponder which product I would decide on or not make the purchase at all. However the friendly experienced assistance I was given was refreshing and quick!

Earl in lighting is very helpful, and Tanisha at the check-out tried to help me open a Home Depot account but the phone number to confirm my credit was not working at the time.

Lucky to find an employee, GARY who took the time to spoon feed this retired Policeman as to the operation of various products and give me the confidence to finally do things myself.

This particular store is well maintained,clean,with friendly go out of their way employees who strive to help in any way they can and if they don’t have an item I need they’ll find it ASAP...and as my grandfather used to say ....You can’t sell customers excuses ...only products and service. This store lives up to his expectations..
